Very disappointed with SPCapitalIQPro. Following hyper-links from your email never works. SPCapitalIQPro takes entirely to long to load if you can even get it to load. I can’t believe SPCapitalIQPro hasn’t been redone.

Might be the worst designed app I’ve ever used in my life. Literally nothing works. It actually causes me physical pain to try to navigate through menu’s.

Can’t listen to earnings calls. When hit earnings call button it doesn’t launch on iOS app.

App is slow and buggy.

Needs an update.

SPCapitalIQPro rarely connects and often times finds itself in a constant reload loop. When it works it’s great for articles and live data. WHEN. Unfortunately, it works less than half the time. I have no issue with the website on my desktop. SPCapitalIQPro was meant to help me stay up-to-date while I was away from my desk, but this seems to be a far cry from the current reality.

I gave it one star because I can not log in for almost a week now. Every time I log in it goes to the home page(which is blank) and then completely logs me out of SPCapitalIQPro over and over again no matter how many times I log in no mater how many times I keep deleting SPCapitalIQPro and keep downloading it again it continues to do the same exact thing every time. Very disappointed...

My company requires rotating passwords. But once you save your password on SPCapitalIQPro, there’s no way to change it unless you reinstall your app. And when you start SPCapitalIQPro without reinstalling, it just tries your old password and locks you out.

I see where the developers are asking us to contact them with specific problems. That’s reasonable, but the bugs are pretty obvious with this platform. They’re phasing out Cap IQ but at this point that flawed platform is actually more reliable than Market Intelligence. Can’t access dashboards, routes me to a web link to sign in through other S&P portals, but links (their suggested links) are broken. This this the last week. Prior to that dashboards were working. These are just unreliable apps and always have been.

Appears as if News Section ignores a defined list of names and does not filter correctly. App and website do not mesh on what you get in terms of headlines. Ultimately not good for on the go news dissemination.

Nothing in SPCapitalIQPro works for me. Can’t even display a drop down list or search a company without a 401 error

pls for the love of god, make it to where i can swipe my screen to go back to the previous page. The designated, ugly back button feels like i’m using something from 2003. Cool app overall, crazy amount of info available.

edit: 2 weeks later and they just added the feature i was asking for. the customer support is amazingly good. I had a guy email me 4 times, checking in to see if a minor issue, that i had complained about, was fixed bc i forgot to respond for a week. (Thanks Nik😎)

SPCapitalIQPro overall is good. I’d just like the ability to tag my article saves like I can on a regular web browser on a PC. Thanks

Incredible what’s accessible in this gem

SPCapitalIQPro is constantly getting better and better! Really like the new watchlist and profile pages.

Great to see the improvements! Definitely faster and more user friendly. Can get to company details when I need them.

Market Intelligence app is the best for financial and market data. Use it every day

Easy to leverage on the go. Extremely convenient to save and access articles while offline. Continues to improve with each release/update!

I think it used to be less functional (several years ago), but now works close to as well as the website.
