Connectivity Issues

The app rarely connects and often times finds itself in a constant reload loop. When it works it’s great for articles and live data. WHEN. Unfortunately, it works less than half the time. I have no issue with the website on my desktop. The app was meant to help me stay up-to-date while I was away from my desk, but this seems to be a far cry from the current reality.

I gave it one star because I can not log in for almost a week now. Every time I log in it goes to the home page(which is blank) and then completely logs me out of the app over and over again no matter how many times I log in no mater how many times I keep deleting the app and keep downloading it again it continues to do the same exact thing every time. Very disappointed...
Don’t save your password.

My company requires rotating passwords. But once you save your password on this app, there’s no way to change it unless you reinstall your app. And when you start the app without reinstalling, it just tries your old password and locks you out.
