The app frequently will not open and just has a swirling circle. Also, very frequently the meditation will stop in the middle and exit the program. It does the same thing when trying to pull the message of the day up. It’s getting very frustrating because things keep dropping in the middle.

Hi, just writing to let you know that my Waking Up app on Android was permanently stuck in the logo with the white spinning circle underneath. App not downloading - there is a new update which doesn’t allow me to use the app until I download the new version. I have been trying to download over the last 24 hours but haven’t had any success. I am paying customer but the app has locked me out.
Hi. I’ve been finding that the daily meditation sometimes doesn’t work. That’s the case today. I’ve done the obvious things- reload, be patient. The rest of the app seems fine.
continuous cycle of first few 'continue' slides and then 'What's your email?' page. When i verify email via mail i receive it takes me to safari version of app. Cant access content via iphone appstore version of app because it just asks for email address

Meditations don’t start
I cant start the daily meditation regularly. Everything else is working.
The app won't load - it is stuck on the 'Waking Up - Unlock your Mind' blue screen.
Hi, the audio stops for several minutes then starts again, then repeats this process. I looked up the trouble shooting which advised to turn app permissions to medium. However, I couldn't find that option on my Samsubg Galaxy S20. Regards, Peta
