SYMA FLY Status

The syma app is not working, its downloadable in motorola phone. In samsung it can be downloaded but it will not open, or the app does not function

App will not start. It started one time but now it will not. It goes to the screen where the "start" button is located but it does not respond. I have connected the drone to the app via WIFI before starting the app. Have tried several phones, Samsung, OnePlus and Redmi, it started and worked one time on the Redmi.

App not working on iPhone as others have reported. Will you fix this?

Both my son and I are experiencing the same thing. Different iPhones, both on iOS 16.4 and the latest version of the app. The app won’t even open. We get the splash screen that it is all, it immediately force closes.

Same problem on android. Crash constantly, freezes constantly, flight controls nonfunctional. All it's good for is video feed for about 15 seconds then it freezes and crashes

SYMA fly crashes when after joining the Wi-Fi, selecting the drone and hitting start in the app. Have tried with two different iPhones with latest version of app.
