Hi my drone cant conect to the app

Don’t fly outside with this unless you have about 5 acres or more without trees.
Controls are very unresponsive and I couldn’t figure out how to get it to store a picture, before the Drone became hopelessly lost in a tree.
I was try to take a picture and took my eyes off the Drone for a few seconds and it was too far off course for me to bring it back, if the controls were more responsive I might have been able to save it.
Fails to load and stay on

The app used to work flawlessly but lately the app automatically shuts off without even attempting to allow me to pick a drone or even connect to the it’s WiFi for camera mode. Instant shut off. I can’t use it to record or use camera mode if it never turns on. Updates on this have truly failed. Wish it were like prior version at flawless operation.

Even tried installing the app and restarting phone then opening up. Deleted app, restarted phone, installed new app, restarted phone and app still crashes instantly.
We know have a $100 drone (600W) that we can only half use.
