Love the drone and app, got the D1650WH... after about 15 min of messing with it I got the controls down pretty good it’s pretty awesome. A lot of people are having issues with theirs but most of the issues I read on here could pretty easily be fixed by reading the instructions lol... only issue I can’t figure out is how to transfer the photos and vids, anyone figure it out? All in all I’m very happy with the drone and app been playing with it for almost a month now!

At first I didn’t know if it’ll connect because the reviews talk about it crashing and not connecting. But all you have to do is turn on the drone itself. Then, disconnect from a WiFi network if you are connected to one. Then find a one that says FPV_WIFI_XXXX and 4 random numbers. Once you do that it won’t crash and it connects fairly well.

All the errors I had where all fixable in the instructions lol people complain about there devices not working use the controller that came with it xD only problem is the battery does not last long everything else is fine

I got SYMAFLY since I’ve had a syma drone for a while. Haven’t used it much and thought bows the time, I took a while and learned to fly it ok so I downloaded SYMAFLY . It won’t work… I open it and it kicks me out of it. Not sure why but no one else seems to have that problem.

Don’t fly outside with this unless you have about 5 acres or more without trees.
Controls are very unresponsive and I couldn’t figure out how to get it to store a picture, before the Drone became hopelessly lost in a tree.
I was try to take a picture and took my eyes off the Drone for a few seconds and it was too far off course for me to bring it back, if the controls were more responsive I might have been able to save it.

SYMAFLY is very nice, but fundamentally flawed on the iPhoneX! The FPV video gets cropped way in to accommodate the wide aspect ratio, making the normal wide angle lens a very tight view. You can even look at the recorded video to see the full field of view that should be available!
It’s next to impossible to fly this way, and I’ll update my review when it’s fixed.

I just wrote like 3 paragraphs, and I’m deleting it (saying how SYMAFLY doesn’t work) and I’m going to say, if you want to connect to SYMAFLY , turn on your drone, go to WiFi, and connect (should be titled some crap like fpv_wifi) now you can go onto SYMAFLY and fly. Have fun :)

SYMAFLY used to work flawlessly but lately SYMAFLY automatically shuts off without even attempting to allow me to pick a drone or even connect to the it’s WiFi for camera mode. Instant shut off. I can’t use it to record or use camera mode if it never turns on. Updates on this have truly failed. Wish it were like prior version at flawless operation.

App crashes instantly iOS 14.8 iPhone XR as well as iPhone 12 mini with iOS 14.8.1
Even tried installing SYMAFLY and restarting phone then opening up. Deleted app, restarted phone, installed new app, restarted phone and app still crashes instantly.
We know have a $100 drone (600W) that we can only half use.

App crashes instantly. I deleted SYMAFLY and re-downloaded it, it still did not work. I have an iPhone 12, running iOS 15.2.1 which is up to date. This was a Christmas present to my daughter from her uncle and they were both very excited to try the drone. Disappointing to say the least.

App crashes on startup, the fix is to turn on the drone, connect to the drones WiFi BEFORE opening SYMAFLY .

Previous issues with SYMAFLY have been solved, and everything seems to work well.

I use the controller to control the drone and so the only purpose of SYMAFLY is to take video. The problem is I can’t figure out how to export the video. I tried for some time and still couldn’t do so. Hence I only one star and I wish I could give a negative score since SYMAFLY is meaningless and just wasted the storage

So I downloaded SYMAFLY so that I may be able to fly the drone properly but every time I click the button to open up sky app it automatically closes right away. I have the iPhone 13 can the developers please fix.

This is a very good app that I can do almost everything that l need to do like flips and control but the hover moves a lot and it has confusing controls

Keep in mind that if you don’t connect to the drone’s Wi_Fi before you launch SYMAFLY , SYMAFLY will crash right away, so connect first

Every time I enter SYMAFLY it automatically crashes. I connected my drone to the WiFi and phone yet it still tells me to do it then, without fail crashes immediately. It used to only do this every so often, but I cannot even use my drone.

I have a SYMA x20 drone, I tried SYMAFLY out and I tried to connect it. I think it is because it doesn’t have a camera so it can’t capture footage. I would like to use my phone to use my drone Incase I lose the controller.

On iOS 16, SYMAFLY captures video well but no sound it picked up from the iphone(13 pro max) even though sound is turned on microphone access is granted.

For some reason I downloaded SYMAFLY and then I open it and then it take me back to the home screen I don’t know why

its simply just a low quality drone. if you want a quality drone buy one off the DJI app but quality drones like that are usually around $1000+. the drone technically works but the camera is so bad its useless, it practically takes pictures every few seconds rather than displays whats happening, and on first use the drone doesnt actually move right, it can go up and down but it constantly moves backwards for no reason and the forward/ backwards and left/right movements hardly work, which actually makes this dangerous to use near people or indoors as it is hard to control. if you bought this please refund it.

Looks like you app is still unstable after this last “update” you might want to go back and revise that release since it looks like you just phoned in your solution. Plus we can’t submit quality control feedback because SYMAFLY is free. Fix your app. Have a little more integrity. Jesus.

Two separate phones, both on iOS 16.4, both running the latest version of SYMAFLY . SYMAFLY splash screen displays and SYMAFLY closes without opening to a usable screen. Disappointed 11 year old because he wanted to fly drones with his dad.

I can’t even open SYMAFLY , I open SYMAFLY it directs me to connect to the WiFi and I’m already connected so I go back to SYMAFLY and SYMAFLY crashes every single time. Something needs to be fixed ASAP.

This is a very good app for the drone but it really wants you to look around to find how to use it and you will have to go to settings to connect and use to see gps at first I couldn’t bring it to me last time I lost it one my roof.. but it is a good app to see how your drone is going and looking at

I love flying my SYMA x300 drone, but the camera won’t connect to SYMAFLY on my phone. It does instantly connect on my iPad app though. If they can fix that, it would be great. I am in touch with customer service about this and they’re trying to help with the situation. I hope it’s fixed soon.
