How to fix GoAnywhere app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the GoAnywhere app on iPhone
Update GoAnywhere app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall GoAnywhere iPhone app

Fix GoAnywhere on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve GoAnywhere network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent GoAnywhere app issues:

Force Stop the GoAnywhere App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click GoAnywhere app. » click "Force Stop".

Update GoAnywhere to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear GoAnywhere App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "GoAnywhere app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch GoAnywhere.

Fix GoAnywhere unable to contact server/ GoAnywhere internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click GoAnywhere » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got GoAnywhere » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch GoAnywhere on android.

Edit files by sending them to apps on your device (changes are not saved back to the GoDrive app or server). The this app mobile app allows you to work with GoDrive and Secure Mail features. All downloaded files and folders are automatically updated to the most current version on the corporate servers every time you connect.
