Unbelievable

The volume level fluctuates by itself left and right set to sync, then on of the aids volume will jump from 40 to 95 and make you want to yank them out and throw. Will not switch from iPhone to iPad without turning Bluetooth off on the one device you were using, go to new device, charge Bluetooth f... Show more

Widex evoke fusion 2 with iPhoneX

WIDEXEVOKE has some interesting features like soundlearn so you can educate it to what works for you. Problem is WIDEXEVOKE likes to take control which can be downright life threatening.

Good/Not Good!

WIDEXEVOKE and/or the hearing aids have major issues!! Like the other reviews, more often than not I have random clicking/static/interference in one or the other hearing aid. I turn it off and back on only to get the clicking in the other hearing aid. I too have to restart WIDEXEVOKE constantly t... Show more

I paid $7000 for these hearing aids and I cannot connect. I have an iPhone XS max I realize that connectivity is based on your Wi-Fi connection. WIDEXEVOKE is constantly changing the volume setting up to 100%. it goes back-and-forth it’s an awful app .Do something to fix it please . I had great ho... Show more

Want this to work!

I tried the Widex Evoke 330 and LOVED the sound! Unfortunately, WIDEXEVOKE is possessed and turns off on of the aids intermittently without my even touching my phone. I went back to my audiologist and she took the evokes back and loaned me a pair of resounds (the sound is not even close to as good... Show more

Widex Evoke App problems

I wish you would get a better app to go with these hearing aids. I get tired of it not recognizing the hearing aids. I can go into Settings, Accessibility, & Hearing Aids and control the volume and program, but I shouldn’t need to do that. Many times to get it to work, I delete app, shut down B... Show more

Zero stars

I’d give it zero if I could. The settings sometimes start to create static in your ears and I’ve seen a way to delete it recalibrate and them. Hence, you have to create new “favorite” settings and end up with too many “favorites” that tend to lose their calibrations after a while. I’ve reuploaded W... Show more

Watch app needs fine tuning

I am just testing a pair of Widex and other than the sound (which is much more pleasant to this musician), the availability of an Apple Watch app was a draw. Using WIDEXEVOKE is simple enough by going to WIDEXEVOKE screen. However, there is no “complication” available—no way to access WIDEXEVOKE... Show more

Sort Of

Good: WIDEXEVOKE comes with some preset programs (eg Universal, Music) and it allows you to save your own variation of those programs.

Not Good: Accessing those user created programs is a pain:
a) They don’t show up in the Hearing Aid icon in iOS’ Control Center window (just the preset o... Show more

Inconsistent performance

I use this Widex app because it pairs with the Widex hearing aids I use. My provider recommends them as best for my needs, and having tried others I agree Widex in-ear have superior performance. WIDEXEVOKE , however, is inconsistent. You can set up a separate program, for TV for example, save it, b... Show more

2.5 years and still full of software bugs

The instability of their software is inexcusable at this point. As an engineer for years, I couldn’t release a product with this many software bugs , mustless this long in the development cycle. If this was a brand new product, I can see software bugs. But they should actively be making updates. ... Show more

Ok app, needs work.

Have had my Evoke hearing aids two weeks now. Overall WIDEXEVOKE is ok. The gps is too broad. It will trigger a favorite in 3 or 4 blocks. Evoke Hearing aids and app

I am very impressed with my new hearing aids and WIDEXEVOKE. I was in desperate need of new hearing aids. WIDEXEVOKE is good. 1. It would be beneficial if I could save the “music” adjustments preferences, instead of being forced to creat a new music setting. 2. If the saved settings could be rearranged this would solve my only “complaint.” As it stands “universal” is the 1st option, then default music... Show more

Nice App, but Soundsense is no big deal

It’s nice to have WIDEXEVOKE to create additional programs and to adjust the left and right levels independently.
Soundsense is really overhyped. All it does is adjust the EQ on an existing program which you can then save. It does it by doing multiple A/B comparisons, but the net is still just... Show more

Amazing. But Not Perfect

I love the ability to tailor my hearing aids to different sound environments. The Evoke hearing aids do well automatically sensing environments, but WIDEXEVOKE allows you to take it to the next level.

Not a bad app

Have used my hearing aids (Widex 440) for over 4 months now with WIDEXEVOKE and an iPhone X, have not had the problems mentioned in the other reviews. Update

WIDEXEVOKE needs to be updated. Since the latest iOS update, there are many bugs. It takes several attempts to get them connected. The aids don’t stay on my preferred daily program. After spending thousands to try to hear, i find it irresponsible that there is no feedback from the company.

Widex SOUND better!

Just traded my Resound Quattro for Widex Evoke. I am absolutely astounded at how much better they sound.
