Contact Brandbassador Support

A brand I was representing moved their ambassador program to Brandbassador. I have had nothing but problems with this app. First, when I linked my Instagram account, the language on some of my Instagram notifications was changed to some foreign language. When I contacted the brand, they were no help whatsoever and claimed it wasn’t them, after I told them it happened immediately after I linked my account (I had made no other changes to my Instagram before or during linking with Brandbassador). Now I am having to deal with them taking my MONEY. I had x amount of money in my account and one day it disappeared and now says 13 CENTS. Their wait times to receive a response is so long and when they do respond, they do very little to help. On top of all of that, the the app logs me out constantly. I find it hard to believe that this is a reputable company.

This program is one of the worse experience we have had when it comes to an affiliate program. It’s extremely difficult to sign up which has cost us countless man hours with our current list of affiliates and their customers service is terrible. They basically trap you in a contract and put limitations on your ability to sign affiliates up so that you can’t exit out if you don’t like your experience with the program. We voiced our opinions many times to them directly about not being able to sign up affiliates bc they can’t figure it out and they said the only way to exit is a 90 day notice with at least 200 affiliates. Well if the issue is that our current stable of affiliates are having a hard time signing up how can we even reach 200 affiliates?! Be very careful of this unethical company.

the only reason this has so many stars is they rewarded people to write a great review. The app is terrible. It is very unstable and many features never work. I don’t think they do any testing. They don’t utilize the IOS password interface either which is just annoying. Help is very limited as the brands don’t know anything and I think it is just like one person on the ‘tech’ side and I use that word very lightly. Their solution is this (1) delete app and re-install or (2) link and unlink if the interface to another app isn’t functioning properly. What is this the early 90s where re-boot was the answer to everything? Don’t torture you ambassadors and influencers by going with this. There are simpler ways that surely don’t cause the frustration this app does.
