There is zero functionality without paying a subscription to just make a calendar with the same schedule in their book. I bought your book, which was excellent and has great advice. The book promotes MomsonCallScheduler , which you can’t even try or test or see without signing up with a credit card. Not the way I do business.

Do NOT download MomsonCallScheduler. Complete waste of my money and unfortunately I paid for 6 months subscription up front and I’ve only used it for 1.5 months.

*** I switched to “what to expect” app because it is ACTUALLY FUNCTIONAL and FREE. Do yourself a favor and get that app to track ***

MomsonCallScheduler has a lot of potential but it is barely functional. Here are some of my complaints…

- app will CRASH and NOT LOAD for HOURS which makes it impossible to accurately track diaper/feed/sleep
- timeline of feed/diaper/sleep is jumbled any time you edit a previous entry
- breastfeeding timer does not work as timer restarts randomly
- no way to see timeline of all entries in one view - you can only view timeline of each individual category (diaper/feed/sleep etc)

Incredibly disappointed with MomsonCallScheduler. I will be contacting support to submit my complaints and hopefully get a refund.

Moms on Call literally saved my sanity as a first time Mom! I went from a zombie with no sleep to a mommy with a consistent sleep schedule and daily routine for my babies. The Tools available are good not only for newborns but through the toddler years as well.
Get MomsonCallScheduler, Get the books! Total game changer for my family! ❤️

I can appreciate the concept but it’s just not useful. It’s stressful. I inputted my children’s info. When I went to track feeding and sleep it won’t let you edit to input correct end times. I clicked on the scheduler and it just keeps “thinking” and nothing comes up no matter how long I waited. And I was unable to click on anything else once I clicked on the scheduler. It was just stuck there. I even deleted MomsonCallScheduler and reinstalled and the same issue persisted. If these issues didn’t exist and I could actually make use of MomsonCallScheduler , then maybe it would be worth it. I had to go back to using the Hatch app to track feedings, sleeps and diaper changes.

I really liked the concept and I was willing to pay overpriced schedule on monthly subscription ($3.99 per month!? - it should be at the most just one time payment less than $5)
MomsonCallScheduler stopped working on the first day - I cannot go back and see the schedule and from there nothing works. I tried everything to restore MomsonCallScheduler , deleting and reinstalling, signing up with different email addresses, updating iOS software, restarting the phone, using it on iPad, etc. It simply doesn’t work anymore. So frustrating I wasted so much time on this rather simple contents. MomsonCallScheduler is so bad, and everything is linked to additional $$ paid contents, I simply am done with it!! I wish I could give a zero star

When I documented my sons feeds- it gave incorrect amounts of time since the last feed. I found a baby tracker for free thst worked better

Not only do you have to initially purchase MomsonCallScheduler to download but then once you purchase, an additional monthly subscription is required.

I love moms on call and have used this method with my kids and it works. I am disappointed with MomsonCallScheduler . As mentioned in previous review you can tell it is a newer app and there are a lot of things to work out in it. For example… I wanted to customize my toddlers schedule and unless you add every single planned item that is on the regular moms on call schedule you can’t save your customized schedule. What I mean is unless you use all snack times that are listed (5 I believe) you can’t save the schedule. I was unable to figure out how to include specific times to the schedule also like 7am-8:30am play time. I could only set play time for 7am. Also, I deleted my toddler from MomsonCallScheduler all together and still receive notifications on that child’s schedule as if it was still there. The nursing side could also be updated. It has an overall time for nursing not specific to each breast. Also it has amount of oz baby took during a nursing feed?? How could you possibly know that. Not without weighing baby on special scale etc.
Just a few things that I have seen so far. Again loveee the thought of having MomsonCallScheduler. But needs more work!

Unfortunately trying to use MomsonCallScheduler has become frustrating. Half the time it won’t open or load and other times it crashes while I’m trying to time a feeding and loses my data. Won’t be renewing my subscription unless it’s reliability changes.

MomsonCallScheduler is horribly developed and needs some serious work. We love Moms on Call, but MomsonCallScheduler just isn’t it. Trust me now— save your money and just buy the book and find another app to track your diapers and feedings. The feeding timer often glitches out on its own and you aren’t able to track your feed. And worst of all for me is that you can’t really set your own pace. I have a preemie who needed to go at a slightly slower pace (which we determined through the help of Moms on Call), but MomsonCallScheduler doesn’t give you an easy way to go at your own pace. It will only let you move forward to a new schedule when you are prompted to, so even when you try to “see next schedule” it won’t show you the one after the one you are on, but rather the one after the one it thinks you should be on. So since I couldn’t move ahead to the next schedule until two weeks after I needed to when MomsonCallScheduler finally prompted me to, I was accidentally looking at the 8-16 week schedule for my preemie (whose adjusted age was 1-2 weeks), instead of being able to see the 4-8 week schedule. MomsonCallScheduler is a mess and has some serious bugs to fix!

In theory MomsonCallScheduler is great, but it’s missing some critical access to data that other FREE apps have.
You cannot review entries once you’ve made them. So if you’d like to see when your last feeding was or when you changed the last diaper, you’re screwed. Not sure why they ask for the time if they won’t let you see that information. It just keeps a running total for the day.
You cannot pick between OZ or ML. The default for feeding is only in ounces.
You cannot edit an entry once you’ve made it. Any tired mom knows you’ll make errors when you’re extremely sleep deprived trying to log something. Too bad for you though because you can’t fix it.
To log an entry, you have to click the little plus sign instead of anywhere on the large rectangle button. Again, this is very frustrating when trying to record in the middle of the night with only one hand available because the other has the baby.
You cannot look at previous days entries after midnight. You can look at years in advance of blank tentative schedule, but you can’t look back at anything you’ve recorded concerning your personal child outside of the current day.
MomsonCallScheduler doesn’t have a widget so it is difficult to access. Other free apps you can log feedings, diapers, etc. from the Lock Screen via a widget.
Hopefully someone cares enough to make these changes relatively soon to help the moms paying for this scheduler!

We love MOC program — I have been using it since our child’s birth. He’s now 12 months old - he sleeps through the night and naps like a champ! However, MomsonCallScheduler leaves MUCH to be desired. It’s SUPER buggy, it lacks tons of information, and it’s vague in the descriptions and details for each section or tab and the wrong info is matched up with the wrong activity sometimes. It’s frustrating because MomsonCallScheduler should make things easy and especially if it’s something you have to pay for after already buying the book.

I started using MomsonCallScheduler because everyone I spoke with before I had my baby LOVED MOC. Swore by it. And I assumed MomsonCallScheduler would be an awesome supplement to the book. Unfortunately MomsonCallScheduler isn’t very intuitive, it doesn’t provide a summary view, interactivity doesn’t make a lot of sense. I made my decision to no longer use the all on the 8th day, so I ended up paying for it for the whole year and won’t be using it. I’ve instead followed the MOC methodology as closely as possible but have used an alternative app for tracking and visualizing my baby’s schedule / day. Hopeful that MOC will invest in improving MomsonCallScheduler in the future because they could really win market share!!

MomsonCallScheduler is a lackluster companion to the books and lacks many features/ease of use of similars apps like Nara Baby or Huckleberry. As a new mom with a premie newborn, I was hoping for an app as great as the books. While the notifications are nice, the ‘scheduler’ is lackluster at best- there is no way to offset the set schedule they’ve made by a few hours unless I recreate an entire new one, which can’t be saved to the next stage. I’d like to follow the MOC guidelines, but this makes it very difficult and is more trouble than it’s worth. In addition, I’m unable to log in ML or tap for formula/BM/BF to track feedings. There’s also no way to log for adjusted age which is frustrating. In addition, the activities on the schedule are either misrepresented in the information or don’t add any value to the process and seem like the developer just forgot to add the information and check their work. Won’t be using past the free trial, if there is even a way to be refunded…

The most frustrating thing is the inability to edit feedings or diapers once logged.

Sometimes I log it and accidentally put the time wrong or want to put in a note after logging and MomsonCallScheduler freezes and doesn’t let me save the edits. It’s incredibly annoying because then it’s all inaccurate.

I also wish you could record amount of food in mls especially when just starting out for pumpers.

The final thing is MomsonCallScheduler is not straightforward in getting started and not adaptable or any blogs/recommendations for premature babies. We do not have a baby who’s close to having “playtime” and trying to customize your own schedule is not easy.

Love the recommendations but definitely needs work and would not recommend till the editing bugs are resolved

As much as I loved Moms on Call, MomsonCallScheduler is an absolute ripoff. This is a maybe a $5 app (like, a one time payment of $3), not $3.99/month. The features in MomsonCallScheduler are nice, especially for infants. The knowledge center didn’t actually open when I tried. Even if it did work, it is just the blog posts from the website so use your phone’s browser. Really disappointed that people are being charged so much money for a relatively simple app.

The concept is nice but would prefer if you could customize it even further to add in other activities. Not a fan that it confines you to specific things even when you customize your own schedule.

I love MOC and the schedules. MomsonCallScheduler notifications are a HUGE upside! However, there is some room for improvement. I added an additional child’s profile and then deleted it as the child’s age exceeds the program’s age range. I’m still getting notifications for the now-deleted child. When I go to preview the next schedule, to which I’d like to transition, upon clicking on an activity, I get a description for the wrong activity. I’m hopeful the activity info will load correctly when I officially move to that schedule. Lastly, I clicked on App Support to provide feedback/troubleshoot these issues only to get sent to a webpage with testimonials and products for sale. All in all, MomsonCallScheduler is a great tool and the good outweighs the not-so-good.

I like MomsonCallScheduler so far but it’s clear it’s new (ie some of the notes in the schedule aren’t filled out or it has swaddle prompts for bath time). It’s especially frustrating to me that I signed up for a subscription but my husband has no way to access the profile unless he also subscribes on his phone (unless I’m missing something??). We both take care of the baby, we both need to access his care information, so having to double up on a subscription doesn’t seem fair.

It seems it hasn’t been updated in some time. There is errors in wording and lots of what feels like “copy and paste” without proofreading. Was good for early on after birth to keep a feeding schedule, but then once my baby had gotten more involved I have to go searching for answers when I wish they could have the book linked or something since you pay for a subscription.

There is an option to customize a baby’s schedule but the feeds are limited to a certain amount which is far under what frequency an average exclusively breastfed baby eats. It’s a good concept and would be helpful if you could actually customize your baby’s schedule without limits on the activities. I wish this would change.

It’s helpful to have alerts/notifications for the schedule but other than that, it’s not as helpful as the books. I was hoping MomsonCallScheduler would be a way I can keep track of my baby’s schedule and have the same notes/tips as the book but the tips are very minimal. I find I have to refer to the book frequently.

I’ve had MomsonCallScheduler for 4 few weeks now as it was suggested by a family member and have been diligently following the schedule with my 8 week old. I’ve absolutely loved it and swear by it but MomsonCallScheduler has totally glitched and freezes every time I try to get into it now. I reached out to the support team at MOC online and praying they can resolve the issues so I can access MomsonCallScheduler since it will be updating to an 8 week old schedule now. I need this to work!

I have had MomsonCallScheduler for a bit but forgot about it. I just paid the subscription to use it but it glitches… the blog freezes and I can’t find the calendar for baby food. It won’t let me scroll down, definitely has a great potential but I have to constantly close MomsonCallScheduler and open it to be able to use some options because it just freezes.

I’ve been a huge fan of Moms on Call schedules since the birth of my first when I quickly learned this is THE way to get your baby sleeping through the night. Then, I literally had their books open on my counter for months at a time like it was a Bible (ha!) coffee stains and all…and now after my third child, I’m grateful to have it all on my phone. I’m able to print out the age-appropriate schedule and leave it on the counter for my babysitters, grandmothers, husband, etc. I can also text it to them so they have it on the go. Would definitely recommend MomsonCallScheduler!

I love Moms on Call resourced. My siblings and I all utilize this strategy which is an added bonus of having our kiddos on similar routines and helps us to provide support to one another when we can.

I started using MOC from day 1 with my first (she is now 4 mo). She adopted the schedules easily and is now sleeping through the night from 7:30 pm to 7 am. The program really helped me navigate developmental milestones and build great sleep and nap habits.

And if you’re looking for more support, consultants are an amazing and encouraging resource for first time and seasoned parents. I’ve been working with Alex P. She is truly the best!

I followed the Moms on Call schedule for my first baby and currently following it with my 8 week old. This book is amazing. My first baby stopped taking a bottle at night by 7 weeks and started sleeping from 8-6:30 by 11 weeks. My second baby stopped taking a bottle at night at 6 weeks and has been sleeping through the night from 7:30-5:30 since 7 weeks. I started ping ponging the pacifier more when they started getting that longer 9p-2a stretch, and it took no time for them to learn how to soothe themselves. I’ve hardly had to go in his room at night in the last week. I was determined to get my sleep back. The schedule made them run like clockwork. Everyone in my little family is getting the rest they need thanks to Moms on Call. I highly recommend it.

As a new parent, MomsonCallScheduler has completely changed the game for me. Me and my husband are determined to get our baby on a consistent and reliable schedule, so we are following MomsonCallScheduler to a T. MomsonCallScheduler takes absolutely all of the guess work out of sleeping, feeding, bathing, and play schedules. It literally gives you hour by hour guidelines with notification reminders day-by-day and week-by-week depending on how old your newborn or toddler is.

I’ve had several friends that read the Moms on Call book set and swore by their philosophy to get babies on a consistent, predictable schedule so that parents can sleep. So they introduced me to Moms on Call when I was pregnant, and Im SO happy they did. I’ve read all of their books and now I’m SO glad they finally released MomsonCallScheduler.

I will be telling every new and expecting parent I meet about the Moms On Call and their app, because all families deserve to sleep and have more peace in their home when bringing home a newborn. It is absolutely possible!

MomsonCallScheduler has been so helpful! Love that I can have all my kids schedules in one spot and it’s so easy to update. You can also share schedules with caretakers/family that might be watching them, so much easier then writing it out each time. Highly recommend!

I love sharing MomsonCallScheduler to stay on schedule with my granddaughter. The notifications are an absolute lifesaver and I love the interactive schedule (MomsonCallScheduler is just so beautiful to look at!!). Moms on Call does it again!! THANK YOU ladies for creating such a convenient app that literally tells you hour by hour what you need to do. Leaves the guessing out! ie, it’s 12pm and you get a notification “it’s feeding time!” - if you have questions, each notification has a link to their blog with all common questions. As a fan of the books, I wanted to try MomsonCallScheduler to help actually get on a schedule that would work for my family. The custom schedule and notifications have been a game changer. I’m not naturally very organized so the process of creating a schedule based on the Moms on Call’s suggestions has been helpful but getting notifications to remind me to stay on track has really made a difference in our families day to day.
