I would love to try Shifts for obtaining per diem this app, however, there may be a software compatibility problem for me. I use an iPhone XS, so relatively new, but it IS a smaller screen. Before entering any info I can see the entire screen, all of the “required information lines” and the confirm button. However after beginning to enter the required information, It seems the “side scroller” only goes a portion of the way down. I can not get to the end of the application to complete application entries or even see the confirm button at the end. I hope this is helpful for your tech staff.

This is annoying and inconvenient. Get Shifts fixed !!!!!! Not a good look for this agency

Notifications never work on my phone. I don’t get any type of notifications so I never know when this app open or when I’ve even been canceled

Shifts hands down wins the award for the glitchy
app I’ve ever used, it’s like it’s in beta testing but they never fix the problems. in order to get anything done you need to close out Shifts and reopen it at least 3 times to get it to load the available this app. Wildly annoying to use, I’d say I don’t recommend Shifts but there’s really no choice here.

I have been using Shifts for two years and one thing for sure is that the notifications settings mean nothing! Some times they work but the latest update messed with it completely. No notifications whatsoever despite electing to receive all notifications. I deleted and reinstalled Shifts but nothing!

I have:
1) Deleted and reinstalled Shifts
2) Updated my iPhone to the latest version
3) Restarted my whole phone and then reinstalled Shifts

I haven’t received any notifications from Shifts since July 15th, 2024. Whatever this app that are uploaded to Shifts won’t load until 2 hours later when most, if not all, of the this app have already been picked up by the time they are loaded within my app. I’ve emailed Aya multiple times at this point since July 15th, 2024. So far I have talked to (in order) an associate team manager, a customer support representative and currently an application support analyst II. They claimed to have tried resetting my this app app registration. They have asked for screenshots of proof. They have claimed to run a test notification from the this app app, which ended up failing and to this day, still can’t get any notifications from Shifts . They finally told me they’ll email me back today to update me with a workaround or resolution. They drop their next round of this app on August 19th, 2024 (the third Monday of the month). I’m worried I won’t be able to pick up any this app. I’m scared that because they keep giving me the runaround, they won’t actually care. I mean why would they, they don’t have to depend on picking up this app for their income and livelihood. To be continued….

App used to work well but now it takes forever to load or not at all, so I’m unable to pickup this app.

Shifts is completely frustrating. I get notifications to book that I can never get Shifts to show available this app. It just idols and idols, and by the time it works, the this app are all taken. I have tried updating. I have tried deleting Shifts and reinstalling but nothing ever changes. It’s really unfortunate because I do need to work, but I rarely ever get access.

Would love to be able to open Shifts and pick up a shift instead of having it load and then turn off my phone and reinstall app

Please guys who’s ever responsible for Shifts is a poor setup for the intended purpose.

Why is there a silent push notification only? I cannot look at my phone every two seconds to see if a shift is posted?! Shifts makes NO noise when a new shift posts? I have trouble shooted this to the max, trust me it’s Shifts not my phone or settings. It’s going to make me have to find another per diem job if I cannot get enough this app!!!

I was trying to filter by 1 star reviews, not give Shifts a 1 star review. I’ve never used it….

No matter what setting I change it to I am not receiving any notifications when this app are posted, approved, etc. PLEASE FIX THIS!

The notifications are not accurate, it notifies you several minutes AFTER an available shift, shift approval, and/or shift assignment.

App is soooo slow to refresh since the recent upgrade. Painfully slow.

There’s nothing that can be done on this it’s just horrible.

You can’t open Shifts because it STILL asks for a zip code when there is no zip code field to fill out. Why is no one wondering why there are no new users registered in over a month? Ineffective application and poor marketing process.

On the sign up page, It asks for a zip code but there is no place to put one in. You you literally can not register as a new user.

No notifications come through at all. It’s horrible when you have to depend on notifications for availability but none come through

Under My booking Availability, there needs to be away to select the hospital you are willing to pick up at. I can say I am open 7a-3p on a particular day but some facilities are over 2hrs away and I don’t want to automatically schedule at a location I don’t want to work.

I have tried every setting on my iPhone and under Shifts for notifications so that it can notify me when this app become available. No such thing! So you constantly have to be refreshing Shifts to see if there are new this app available. Very basic app that doesn’t really work that well or at all.

Since the beginning of December, I find it so difficult to see any this app. I’ll get the notification about available this app but when I open Shifts , I can’t see any this app. Please fix this issue, thank you.

Not receiving notifications about new shift offerings, even though I have all the settings on. Aggravating to miss opportunities because I need to be constantly checking my email for shift updates instead.

I have updated Shifts and am now getting notifications but they are silent. I have adjusted all the settings on my phone to recieve notifications with sound but there still is NO SOUND, so unless I am staring at my phone, I won’t know if there is a shift open or not.

Shifts itself is ok since easy to navigate. However it crashes a lot. I totally need to delete and reinstall. That’s several times.
Another thing not many guaranteed this app.
The hospitals I work for cancel this app a lot and last minute.
More guaranteed this app please

A new feature to view “facilities I am not credentialed for” was recently added. Wonderful idea! (as I am a multi-state licensed RN).

Unfortunately, the feature does not work consistently! Sometimes I login and I am able to see this app in other states….Most of the time I login, the feature does not work, and I am unable to see this app in different states : (. FRUSTRATING

Can’t set up account due to asking for zip code but no zip code section.

App won’t open for past week? Just keeps buffering.

I’ve had to re-install Shifts so many times because all of the sudden it just won’t load. This has happened to me so many times before. The worst part it’s when I’m in a hurry (sometimes even driving) trying to load Shifts to view certain information and it won’t respond.

It keeps asking for a zip code but there is no field to put it in.

I’ve been with Aya Per Diem East for about a year now. I still have the IPhone 12 and Shifts works decent for the most part but sometimes new shift notifications will pop up and Shifts will be so slow. When this happens it will be impossible to pick up the shift before it’s taken. I know there are many people trying to get it as well but this needs to be addressed. Also there are too many things on the screen “interested facilities, etc” keep it simple! Available, accepted, cancelled! I like the history button and FAQs. Keep improving!

I would be lost without Shifts! It makes my schedule manageable and helps me stay as busy as I’d like to be! Since first downloading it, it has continued to get better and better. Keep it coming!

Shifts is really easy to use once I got set up. Now all I need to do is open Shifts and see what work is available. I highly recommend! 🤩
