I hate have to go in and out of every screen just to see what’s available!!! Most of the time the store that I am close to never has anything so I have to change location ... definitely could use a update

I have been a medical marijuana user for 2.5 years for epilepsy. Medical marijuana has been a life saver this app started selling CBD with low THC in vape and capsule form but over the years has stoped selling it in favor of selling high forms of THC products . I am sure they are more popular . This was supposed to be for legal for medical purposes to help people where is the help if your not providing product to help people !!!!
Should be reported to the state to have licens revoked you should serve the entire population not just the ones who want to get high !!

App is for information only and very little at that. No purchasing ability like a real App Store. Might as well go to the website. Doesn’t even allow you to see other user reviews. Not ready for prime time.

Honestly, the web site is more helpful than this “app”. I out app in quotes because it is obvious it is just showing web to ages from their site. Nothing useful here, just go to their web site to order, etc.

Can’t really do much on it other than read about product and login over and over and over. Can’t purchase let alone arrange a delivery. P.S. skip their delivery services all together.

I have been a medical marijuana user for 9 years and this app is not a medical marijuana dispensary, they are a recreational marijuana dispensary. Personally I feel it should be legal recreationally however, people that seek medical marijuana use strictly are really out of luck for help at this app unfortunately. That being said, they do have the amazing syringe oils that no one else has, when they have them in stock that is. Trulieve should not require location services to be turned on and therefore I will not be using it so cannot properly rate just Trulieve alone.

Ok your app says”Trulieve store does not currently allow for in-app purchase or reserve marijuana-related products.” What good is that? The I go on line order and drive to Miami (1hr one way), and I’m told the items aren’t in stock. Other MMJ Companies in Florida don’t charge for delivery let alone $25!!!!!! So what’s the use of Trulieve ? So you can say you have one?

The store in Tallahassee’s purpose is to sell weed and that is it. If you are looking for someone to educate you about medicinal marijuana go somewhere else. Most of the employees are young 20 year olds who don’t have a clue. If you just want to buy clean weed, well there you go

I deleted Trulieve because I was not able to obtain any information whatsoever. Can you tell me where to find my points as I’m not able to check in Trulieve .

Yea, it’s an app but for what purpose? Can’t order, can’t see what’s in stock. Can’t even minimize Trulieve without being taken back to the home screen and losing what you were looking at. Very un-inspiring.

The this app app is great. I can check my this app points and find locations quickly and easy. But.... Trulieve needs a complete overhaul. It looks like a 5th grader made this. That’s what would get me to put 5 stars up.

Trulieve is nice. It works. But until the store can display an accurate representation of the on hand stock, it's kind of pointless.
