Using IOS 15, when I try to open it I get an error message that states: “URLSessionTask failed with error: The certificate for this server is invalid. You might be connecting to a server that is pretending to be “mobile.NREMT.org” which could put your confidential information at risk.” I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, still get the same error message

How to fix NREMT app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the NREMT app on iPhone
Update NREMT app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall NREMT iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix NREMT on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve NREMT network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

NREMT Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix NREMT not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the NREMT App
1. On android, goto Settings » NREMT » click [Force Stop]

Update NREMT to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear NREMT App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » NREMT » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart NREMT.

Fix NREMT unable to contact server/ NREMT internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click NREMT » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto NREMT » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
