Tried to get a login ID and app was very difficult to work with. Every time data was entered, it would delete other data already entered on form. I finally gave up. Also, asked for very personal data and information which should not be required and it makes me concerned about what they do with your data.
The last two updates have had Bluetooth bugs which prevent GymMasterMember from working. Problematic when your gym relies on GymMasterMember to function and GymMasterMember either thinks your device doesn’t have BT, or that it’s turned off. Cycled BT for both phone and app permissions, as well as deleted and reinstalled app. Nothing works. Hard to be positive on something when it’s basic functionality is what gets you access to your gym. Nothing worse than being locked and loaded to lift, to be shut out of your gym because GymMasterMember fails, and then the team responsible for fixing it creates another problem with the update.
Used GymMasterMember exclusively with my local gym until the latest update logged me out. Since the update I have not been able to log back in. I’ve reset my password multiple times with no luck. I have an Apple 14 pro that is updated with the latest os so I know it’s not the phone. I can log in online but not on GymMasterMember .
So much potential, but so poorly executed. Can't go back and edit a prior workout. Crashes, losing what you've entered. Interface seems to support uploading multiple photos for a check-in, but won't actually allow it, displaying an error.
Suggestions: app should save workout progress as you enter your data, so that if it crashes, you don't lose what you've entered, instead of just when you submit. Allow editing of prior submitted workouts at least, so you can maybe save as you go along.
Workout comments should allow a 'return'.
GymMasterMember it’s a bit slow and most times is “offline” making it frustrating to either book a session or trying several times before being able to get into the gym.
All of a sudden you have to go to the calendar to book each week, annoying! You can’t cancel a class less than 24 hours, which is bad when there are class limits and people are on wait lists.
No real issues with GymMasterMember . Simple scheduling and intuitive.
Some minor glitches that GymMasterMember could use fixing on but other then that GymMasterMember is fine.
I mostly use GymMasterMember to get into the gym, but my biggest issue is sometimes it glitches so the check-in icon disappears. Simply closing GymMasterMember and reopening it doesn’t help, so I inevitably have to restart my phone to be able to use it. It’s pretty annoying, because then I have to stand out in the cold or bad weather until my phone restarts. Would love if this could somehow be corrected.
When Checking in with the apple watch it doesn't register as checked in on my gyms system.
Quick Action for checking into gym is great.
If a future update could include Shortcuts functionality so I can automate checking in to the gym that would be awesome.
It’s quick and efficient! Helps me plan and book my classes easily! I just wish I could sync my bookings to my calendar- there is an option but it is not activated! Thanks

Great app to plan and keep track of my workouts. I use a fraction of the functionality but nice to schedule a workout and have it appear on my calendar next to my other activities.
Take one class and you’ll see each coach cares! They know when to push you and when to make you stop. When you tell them what your goal is. Then they can help you achieve it.
I love using the GymMaster app. It’s very user friendly! It’s easy to check or scan in, sign up for classes, check what’s available & see ur balance. It’s great! Thank you!
GymMasterMember makes it easy to make the most of our gym membership. It provides lots of information, gives us access to the schedule, and allows us to book our classes easily. One of the best apps I’ve used for any purpose.
I love GymMasterMember !! It’s so easy to navigate. I like how you can book a class and navigate straight to zoom to virtually attend
The other day I had an issue with getting into a virtual class, I was able to send a message from GymMasterMember and it was resolved in less than 3 minutes
So it’s worth repeating , I L❤️VE IT🌈🌈🌈🌈

Pretty much no confusion and multiple tab to take your wherewithal trying to go. And hardly ever does GymMasterMember malfunction
