I have not received the last 40 calendars of my order (ordered 100 . Sent a message Shipping information for order #34899492 to help@redacted but no answer. These are calendars that we need to sell and they are no use to use now. I called DHL who are trying to deliver them to a local shop , but they keep saying shop is closed. I went to the shop 2 times and they were not closed. I need a refund for these forty calendars now as they are really no good to me now and I have not received them and I am going away 6th of December . DHL have been trying to deliver them from the 18th of November without success. I asked them to redivert to my house address 242 stoops lane, dn4 7hz but they refused saying that OPTIMAL print can only do that. I placed a poster order showing 20 prints on A4 size paper. When confirmation was received it was not a picture of what I had created but a picture of your advert. My order number is #1686848. Can you confirm you are not sending 4 prints of your advertised photo.

Gave them a couple opportunities to print projects for me. The first, the print job came out well on the acrylics but the paper behind was all chewed up on the edges and more so on the corners. A series of 4 had each turn out bad. I expect it was the cutting process. The second job had the print on metal be very poor. It was a small job and the graphic could have been twice the size without distortion. The strange thin was that the copy they included that was printed on paper came out well and was very close to the same size. Quality control? Did they care? Or did they figure only if I complained would they reprint. Either of those is not good. Stay away from using them. No one has the time to hassle with or wait for a replacement.

Be careful when using this company for anything that could potentially be time sensitive. They use printers from all over the country some less reliable and reputable than others. You may get lucky and have it printed and shipped on time, or sometimes you’ll get a partner out of Alabama that will take 2 weeks where as other will get you your package in 5 days.
