Downloaded the app two months ago to park while I was on business trip.
It asked me to post the payment for the second month, which I did, but never approved any automatic payments. So imagine my surprise a month later when they charged my card $300 for a monthly parking.
I sent a message on the 29th of March to cancel my payment and refund my money only to get a response two weeks later, that I should have sent them an email requesting cancellation. App itself does not allow you to delete card information or cancel subscription, you have to do it through email. Do not even try to reach their service support, spent hours to no success.
Unable to select parking rates available in PayByPhone app

I wanted to park for 24h, but the only rates this app showed to me were up until 6 pm same day or 6 am next day. PayByPhone in the meantime was happily showing me a 24h rate.
Also unable to use the app to prebook in advance, as it would not show any rates at all, probably because of using gps location. Sounds like a bug to me.
Not another @#!€ parking app

It’s another parking app. We don’t need another stupid parking. App. It’s less convenient than other ones. It takes more time. And it tried to force me to pay for the daily max when I wanted only two hours. It’s terrible. The only reason I used it is because the parking structure forced me to. I will delete it immediately.
