Downloaded IndigoNeo two months ago to park while I was on business trip.
It asked me to post the payment for the second month, which I did, but never approved any automatic payments. So imagine my surprise a month later when they charged my card $300 for a monthly parking.
I sent a message on the 29th of March to cancel my payment and refund my money only to get a response two weeks later, that I should have sent them an email requesting cancellation. App itself does not allow you to delete card information or cancel subscription, you have to do it through email. Do not even try to reach their service support, spent hours to no success.
I wanted to park for 24h, but the only rates IndigoNeo showed to me were up until 6 pm same day or 6 am next day. PayByPhone in the meantime was happily showing me a 24h rate.
Also unable to use IndigoNeo to prebook in advance, as it would not show any rates at all, probably because of using gps location. Sounds like a bug to me.
It’s another parking app. We don’t need another stupid parking. App. It’s less convenient than other ones. It takes more time. And it tried to force me to pay for the daily max when I wanted only two hours. It’s terrible. The only reason I used it is because the parking structure forced me to. I will delete it immediately.
Don’t make it a ten-minute ordeal to pay to park. Just take my money via Apple Pay and let me go! Don’t make me create an account and all the things. (BTW you got a throwaway email address so I never have so ser the inevitable marketing spam.)
If you use IndigoNeo, you may be trapped to pay a lot of money that you should not need to pay! Be aware!
It's easy to scroll past a parking app with the name of a nail salon when I'm trying to pay for parking.
App defaults to Canada. Need to use in France. No way to switch location or search in France

I was running late because I got held up behind some cars on the bridge. Got there about 10 minutes before my train left. Didn’t have time to mess with the kiosk in the parking lot. I had set up IndigoNeo for use in the past. Paid for my parking on the train. Easy Peasey!
When visiting Victoria or wherever it’s available, you MUST download IndigoNeo! It’s very helpful and easy in not only paying but where to locate everything in the area! IndigoNeo is a MUST! DOWNLOAD IT!! You WON’T regret it!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
