Best service and support I’ve ever received
The health industry is a beast and ridiculously challenging to navigate. Full of scheduling, calling, voicemails, dealing with pharmacists, insurance, and doctors offices. I rarely leave reviews but for me, the biggest bottleneck of healthcare is the logistical nightmare. I have been using Rightway for over a year for everything from finding a new chiropractor and wisdom tooth removal to medication management. I’ve NEVER received such white globe service. I give them context for what I need and they do EVERYTHING else (booking, finances, etc.). They responded on Christmas, New Years, etc. to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you to the care team for keeping me healthy and protecting my life in some instances. It’s hard to summarize my appreciation.

Amazing service that helped me save money!!
I had been trying to resolve a billing issue from a surgery I had last year, and my carrier wouldn’t listen to me. I reached out to Rightway and they fixed the problem in 2 days!! Plus they explained everything every step of the way— incredible customer service.

I wish I knew this app earlier
I wish I knew this app earlier so I didn’t have to spend so much time figuring out what my co-pay would be and worrying about the billls. This app is very easy to use and their service is excellent! They helped me find a good doctor, booked an appointment, and helped me to understand my bills!
