I have been a subscriber via VOGUEITALIA for Vogue Italia since July 2015 and no longer can access any of the magazine issues. Apple support to me to contact Condé Nast. Big waste of time trying to get this resolved and I regret ever using VOGUEITALIA. BEWARE!!!! I would give it zero stars if I could.

How come an app created for a magazine reading is not available on a laptop?! The magazine is shown at an iPhone screen as is - not reformatted for a small screen. Is Vogue Italia management still paid? For what?

VOGUEITALIA doesnt work. Vogue customer service and apple customer service really bad.

It is the "worst" magazine subscription that I have ever had. Every single month the current month subscription is release "late" not until after the 16th of the month, whereas my other subscriptions to Vogue USA, Brazil, France, British, Spain are always release 15 days prior to the current month. I do not recommend it at all and I just cancelled my subscription!!!!

I paid the subscription for three years at $19.99 a year (=$59.97) and suddenly lost access to all the issues. I contacted VOGUEITALIA developer twice but they keep throwing be back the Apple App Store. But Apple also say they are not responsible and can’t give me a refund for the full amount. Just for the last $19.99. And I even don’t want a refund! I want the issues!
So I paid for a product they took away from me.
The link to contact the developer in VOGUEITALIA Store doesn’t work by the way, I had to find the email in VOGUEITALIA .
I have other digital subscriptions and that never happened before.

Worst experience and completely dissappointing. After more than 15 years subscribed to the French Vogue with a 100% satisfaction , I decide to try the Italian: bad idea, not only I must add to my yearly payment, an unannounced plus of 2,99€ a month! to be able to access each issue! so add to how much it finally costs but you only know this after you did it. A scam. It also promises to give you access to 12 historic issues from the Archive: not happening. IMPOSSIBLE to get help after countless emails through app or through website NEVER AGAIN! I stick with the French.
