It’s more and more obvious every time I go into the store and see employees wandering and playing on their phone they don’t really care about their jobs. Picked up a drive through order and they couldn’t even get that right. 2 bags of 25 blank orange ear tags. Both numbered 1-25 and two different colors. If you have the time it’s better to drive to tractor supply in Harvard. Much better staff that gets to know you and helps you.
Every time I open BlainsFarmFleet it freezes and won’t finish opening. I have to close it and then reopen it to get it to work.
Wanted to love it, because I order from them frequently, but BlainsFarmFleet is terrible. Horribly glitchy, logged me out every 30 seconds. Literally couldn’t place a single successful order. Ridiculous.
No weekly ad? So I have to go to the website? Ridiculous.
In Feb of 2024 I received 35 emails from F&F. Really how many times do you need to tell me about sales and then how many times do you need to remind me about your sales. Its a little over the top with the emails. I know I can opt out of them which I have done but I usually see what kind of and how much garbage I get from apps to judge if I want to continue giving them my money. It’s too bad cause your stores are great and your employees are great also. But your emails have soured your corporate image for me.
Made a big purchase and wanted to join later and get my points but you can so BlainsFarmFleet is useless for me now

Need to be able to place rewards card in Apple Wallet for convenience of scanning at check out.
BlainsFarmFleet doesn’t allow a person to add a gift card to their account.
Add Apple Wallet support for your rewards and Apple Pay support at the stores and you’d make it a lot more convenient to shop at your stores and use your rewards program.
I got BlainsFarmFleet mostly for managing my rewards card. It really should have the option to add the card to the Apple Wallet where it will be most useful.
BlainsFarmFleet works pretty well so far but there’s no way to change the credit card or to delete the credit card used. I don’t like that.
There is a new Blaine’s FF opening up in Rhinelander. I am looking forward to shopping there. I wanted to look at what they offer and downloaded BlainsFarmFleet. The screen is NOT optimized for iPad which is the tool I use for online searching and shopping. While not a deal breaker, it is frustrating. Not the best first impression.
App has worked fine. I just would like to be able to leave on notifications about orders, but turn off others like the constant ads.
Shopping for new lawn care items. Have used stihl for years. Want a 800c backpack blower. GreT to see you finally have an app.
I love BlainsFarmFleet. Pickup ordering is awesome. I’d like to be able to export my rewards card to my Apple Wallet... I hate launching apps at the checkout and I’m sure the cashier hates waiting.
I just installed BlainsFarmFleet apter signing up for their rewards program. It’d be nice if they added Apple wallet support to BlainsFarmFleet so I can quickly show my card on my phone.
BlainsFarmFleet is convenient and a great tool to use in store and out of store!

Today I left my credit card at the payout counter and did not realize it until I got in my car. So went back to the store and the young man said I know why your back, you left your credit card, I have already put it back at the main customer counter, and they were getting ready to call my home.
