I have IOS device and Routely V1 app is not working on my iphone even all the settings is turn on.
Bad app, fails to record a trip, or starts the trip half way through actual trip. Speed limits are wrong. We had construction 2 years ago and Routely still has the construction limits. Bad Bad.
Tennessee Route 13 between Lobelville and Linden. SPEED LIMIT ERRORS. Speed limit is from construction finished at least a year ago. FIX YOUR MAP
How do I trun it off
Many wrong speed limits in Routely. Pontiac Trail north of 7 Mile is not 40mph. 5 mile road between Napier and Chubb is not 25 mph - it’s 55 mph. Currie Road south of 10 mile is not 25 mph. There are SO many wrong speed limits in Routely that I agree with a previous poster that it is a scam to raise rates. Routely thinks I speed regularly and I’m going the speed limit. Frustrating.
The mapping data has speed limit errors. I have only been using this app a little over a month and I have 2 areas that create out of compliance reports that are inaccurate. 275 and 8mile in livonia michigan shows the speed limit goes from 70 mph to 60 mph and back up to 70 mph in a 1/3 mile stretch of the highway. This is incorrect, but creates negative scores on my dashboard results. I have other documented errors in the mapping data and have reached out to Farm Bureau, but they could care less. The accuracy is so bad, I will most likely find an insurance company that uses more reliable sources for driving analytics. I just renewed my policy but plan to find a new company in the next 6 months. My rates were increased but then my agent suggested I use this app and that would lower my bill. The initial discount on my new policy still was about a 5% increase from my previous bill, and the promise is with the recorded driving history, my next bill should be at least 25% lower. However, with the built in errors in this application, I feel this is a purposeful fraud. I say this because my google maps and garmin applications do not have these same errors. My Routely app isn’t working
My activation code says it's been already used but my account shows no trips. I definitely activated but it won't work. SAGCEG
Like another user reported, when I attempt to view my score in Routely it closes the app.
Every time I try to view my score on Routely it closes the app.
No matter what I do the app doesn’t pick up any trips I take I have 0 trips when that’s not the case I genuinely don’t know what to do anymore.
