Close and restart the ParkColumbus app on iPhone
Update ParkColumbus app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ParkColumbus iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ParkColumbus on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ParkColumbus network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.

Force Stop the ParkColumbus App
1. On android, goto Settings » ParkColumbus » click [Force Stop]

Update ParkColumbus to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ParkColumbus App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ParkColumbus » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ParkColumbus.

Fix ParkColumbus unable to contact server/ ParkColumbus internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ParkColumbus » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ParkColumbus » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
