I found this amazing at the beginning and bought it for a holiday trip to Singapur, Philippines, Indonesia and Thailand. It worked fantastic for the first half of my trip (the first 10 days). Suddenly, when l was in Indonesia, it stopped working and showing the sign “no service”. It let me completely uncommunicated in the middle of the trip. I was in Indonesia, without speking Indonesian, no access to google maps, not being able to call my driver and without allowing me to to any of the things l bought this for. In Singapore the sim card did not work either and l ended up buying another sim card in a 7eleven. Team Support? Non existent. They do answer the phone, reply emails after too many hours, but they do not solve the failure.
I regret it stopped working before having even used half of the 1GB l bought.

Have tried to setup this eSIM both in Canada and now New Zealand. Besides selling me data, the how-to instructions are hard to find, and when you find them they are not specific to my iPhone and are frustrating despite hours of work on my part. Uploading a photo of your passport and credit card feels like a pfishing scam. Despite that, still no service. Once I get it working and use up my paid for data, I will never use this eSIM company again. Just spent 30 minutes on auto-hold trying to speak to customer service. 😞

Dowloaded app, paid for package, installation in app didn’t work properly, FAQ not helpful, finally installed it manually in iphone settings.
Esim finally connected to 3g, but data doesn’t work. Impossible to look for solution in app without data. Found wifi tried to contact their “live” support but after 5mins ringing nobody picks up and the connection is closed. “Live” chat doesn’t work either.
Bottomline, they took my money but didn’t provide neither service nor support.
