PGe iPhone Issues and Solutions

Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever PGe app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix PGe app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PGe app on iPhone
Update PGe app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PGe iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PGe on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PGe network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

PGe Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PGe not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent PGe app issues:

Force Stop the PGe App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click PGe app. » click "Force Stop".

Update PGe to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PGe App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "PGe app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch PGe.

Fix PGe unable to contact server/ PGe internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click PGe » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got PGe » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PGe on android.
