I cannot view my collection value

Can you please fix your app. Everytime I try to use it all I see is blank page and then crashes. And then when I try to do it again it'll make me sign in again and all my collection are gone....

It shows how many items are in my collection and the value but not what I have. Also, when scanning a new pop it won't let me "add" to my collection.

My list disappeared it shows the amount and the number of pops I own but I can’t see or add anyrhing.

We have over 2300 Funkos & for some reason we can’t see our collections when we click on the list icon. It’s totally blank!!!

Why is it that i can only scan one item , then i have to close out the app and reload, and scan another. Every time. - The "Scan Another" option does not work.

Nothing is updated in obviously months I have pops that are still in the coming soon category. I can’t update or add anything to my collection….. what’s going on?

I have spent over a year putting all my pops into lists and when I logged on today everything was gone. Is there a way to recover them or are they gone for good?

The issues that I have been dealing with is that when I go to my collection list, and I use the “exclusive” filter to see the exclusives I have and the “brand” filter to see how many pops, pop towns, pop tees, and etc I have; it says I only have 19 pops and it also says I have 1 pop ride when I know I have multiple ones and no pop towns or pop tees or etc show up at all when I use the “brand” filter. I have 316 Funko items (you know, the tees and keychains and pez and etc). Plus, when I go under the filter of exclusives, not all of my exclusives come up... It’s very annoying and I really wish Funko would fix this bug for me or anyone else. I looked up multiple solutions and the only thing I have seen is delete and reinstall the app… Or turn your phone off all the way… I did both of those many times and nothing worked. I even made another complain on your support page and I never got an email back….Which I understand because you’re very busy but this is driving me nuts. The same thing is happening with my wishlist; except it says I have 0 items when I know I have a lot and it just takes a while to load and it’s very laggy; ever since the last update which is 4.6.1 that happened 3 months ago (according to the update history on the App Store). I really wish there was a solution, so please someone respond back to me and please help me. I used to love using the Funko app because it kept all of my pops in order and showed me how much my items cost and where some of the pops are exclusive to if they didn’t have their respected sticker on the box, but now I dislike it because of all the lag and the glitches I’m experiencing with filters. Please someone help me, please I beg you. I really hope to hear from someone soon…Thank you and God Bless You.

I need help with the Funko app. I logged out & logged back in but my list is now gone. I’ve done every suggestion I could find online to fix it, but none of them have worked. I have a lot of pops scanned in on this app., I really need it back. Can you please help & or contact me ASAP

App has been crashing for well over 1 year now whenever I try to click lists. Absolutely cannot reset password either. Cannot contact them. All of this has been happening g for over a year and they have done nothing.

All tabs but lists work. Instantly crashes when trying to access list.

Every time I click on my list, it crashes.

Every time I Try to pull up my lists of my Funko collection it just crashes and closes the app

The application consistently closes when and only when one selects one's own collection database. Any solutions known?

The Funko app keeps crashing when clicking on the collections tab on my iphone? I don't know what to do. I already restarted my phone nothing and that didn't fix it.
