Highly recommend

Definitely seeing results and I’m only on day 4 or 5 ! I can’t wait to see the results after the 30 days!!! And don’t have to pay for it!!! The workouts are quick to do considering Im a stay at home mom with a 9 month old it’s hard to find time to workout.

Good workouts, confusing data

I enjoy the workouts and have seen improvements. Def keeps me motivated but my concern is that the Kcals being reported don’t make any sense. FemaleFitnessWomenWorkout says I am burning on average 300+ calories per 7 min session. This is outrageous as it is expected to burn 5-7 calories per minute on and exercises. Therefore is should say at the most 49 calories per 7 minute workout. Besides the “reports” section this is a good app. Easy to navigate, lots of different workouts, and encourages you to make it a habit.

This is the best app for losing weight. Before I used FemaleFitnessWomenWorkout I was chubby and after the use of FemaleFitnessWomenWorkout I am now proud to be skinny. Many people want to lose weight but can’t go to the gym because of corona so they need to download an app to lose weight some apps require to pay but FemaleFitnessWomenWorkout doesn’t.

FemaleFitnessWomenWorkout is really good and i’ve definitely seen some results, but i wish that it would extend to more than 30 days and also, i was hoping to see some better results... these are the few cons that i’ve found by using FemaleFitnessWomenWorkout, but there are definitely lots of pros. FemaleFitnessWomenWorkout motivated me to get fit, the exercises are very detailed. Overall, great!!! Thank you so much!!! (definitely recommend)

It’s a YES! Worth it!

It’s only been 7 days and I already see a great change. The workouts are very quick and well guided. The ads are just a picture that you can just x off, not a bother at all. It’s working for me! I only wish they had one for upper body, I’d def do that too. Worth it!

Doesn’t synch w/Apple Health

I love FemaleFitnessWomenWorkout! I use it every time I work out. Only complaint I have is it does not synch w/Apple health. I’ve checked all my settings and made sure everything is on or authorized yet it will not synch. Hopefully, 🙏🏼 this will be corrected but it’s been like this for years. Multiple different iPhones and several Apple Watches ⌚️ still the same.

I really liked FemaleFitnessWomenWorkout and used it all the time because I could create a workout program for my self. Now it keeps deleting the workouts I have made. I tried deleting it and reinstalling it but it deletes my programs still. Disappointed that it won’t work like it should anymore because I used to use it everyday.

Dear abs, FemaleFitnessWomenWorkout is amazing for your abs but there is room for improvement like there should be exercises that exercise more then just abs like thighs or arms so could you just add more exercises for those body parts please. Besides that FemaleFitnessWomenWorkout is AWSOME!!!

I get distracted easily and I’m not very easily motivated, but when it counts off the movements I do with the automated voice, it helps me knew track and continue to excersize.
