I use AlayaCare for work and all I can say is that for the most part it’s good but it does get a little frustrating when you open AlayaCare and enter your password it acts like it’s going to load but it doesn’t then it says for you to enter password again and this happens every time at least 3x each I also think AlayaCare would benefit from the users fingerprint being able to access to open app it will save a lot of time plus what I stated above when having to keep re entering the password 3x for each time you open AlayaCare just the fingerprint alone option would be so much more convenient

Never stays logged in when clocked in on a shift. The time it takes to log in is painfully slow. The self and client screeners never go through. Sometimes notes won’t upload. I have coworkers that can’t use AlayaCare at all. Half the time the location of the clock in/out can’t be pinned. Because of the apps faults, there’s investigatory calls nearly every work day for a majority of employees which in turn makes us look bad. It’s not us. It’s AlayaCare being garbage.

AlayaCare is absolutely useless never lets me clock in and stays on loading for like three minutes then I clock in late for work the next day it’ll show that I never clocked out but I did it never determines my location it always
Logs me out very stressful and my hours are all out of whack now

Logging in is so frustrating. AlayaCare repeatedly logs you out. It also repeatedly makes you do a two-point verification, even when you select 7 day bypass. I wish my job didn’t use AlayaCare. It frustrates you before your work day even begins, not good! When you try to clock out it logs you out instead, then you have to log back in twice just to clock out. Something is seriously wrong. Please fix AlayaCare!!!!!

Hate AlayaCare. Half of my client’s daily healthcare needs were missing from AlayaCare the other day but my employer claims I filled them out. Somehow they were magically filled out on AlayaCare because I sure didn’t click on them. I did the tasks in reality but they weren’t in AlayaCare for me to tick them off as I completed the tasks, so how were they ticked off?!?! Who knows?

It is very upsetting that as healthcare professionals this is the best that can be offered to us. AlayaCare is horribly frustrating. Our hours and location should not be in the total hands of an app that is “hit OR miss” with regards to working properly.
Signing in is a long drawn out process and staying signed in... well good luck with that to! I think what upsets me the most is despite of all these complaints, they continue to have us depend on an app that’s garbage!

The application works great when it works. Offline mode is a nightmare and going by reviews and many forums online with those who have to deal with this company, these issues are well known. There are some great people there. Don’t get me wrong however the support system, getting anything resolved, and even getting things set up the way they are required to by law especially state law. Is almost impossible. It’s always your fault, a workaround for everything, impossible to do, and or going on the road app to be added. To top it off you have to do all the work for the support team and usually apply the fixes that you shouldn’t have to be added if everything worked as it should. Not to mention every time you bring a problem up it’s like you’ve just been hit with a spam call asking for information that you are told and trained not to answer or provide ever. Plus the problem is never their fault or their system but yours. And that’s barely the start of the issues with all of it as a whole. So I don’t recommend AlayaCare let alone the company. They do not know what they are doing. They are a very new company and it shows. Unfortunately this massively overshadows those with them that are incredible, hard working, dedicated and just astounding people whose mindsets are in the right places.

One suggestion I have to be able to view schedule in a day/week/month format. Otherwise AlayaCare functions well enough.

I originally was able to access AlayaCare on my Home Screen but now I have to access it through AlayaCare Store every time. It’s weird and more of a hassle than it should be in that regard.

I see there is no option to put location “on while using AlayaCare ” Am I missing this? I sometimes switch to airplane mode to save battery life. Will this mess with my GPS location?

It never works right I always have to wait for it to load I takes so long and click on the person then wait again! I’ll click on everything I have to, to clock out and a task will be unmarked even though I clicked 5 time! And I’ll do my task with off line mode and still have to go to the office at least 2 time a work because it didn’t do what it was supposed to!

I think that for those of us that doesn’t have a daily schedule, SCA’s or others, it would benefit the employees and employers if there was a way we could input what we do on a day to day basis. Track our mileage or report expenses and such. I’m not sure what else it may need as we are new to AlayaCare and are just starting to use it but I will write up another rating report for when I am used to using AlayaCare .

I downloaded this maybe a month ago And it has been extreme efficient and just an overall great app. Stays clocked in and is just very easy to use overall.I Really enjoy AlayaCare, I highly recommend it

Super helpful for my day to day

My problem is hearing the complainers of the entitled generation. They don’t realize that they are working and have to earn their money. AlayaCare is great, of course it’s not going to do your work for you!

I use AlayaCare each day. It’s fantastic.

Continuos makes the lives of my field staff that much easier with the ease to access schedules they are assigned. Truly makes this process seamless.

Simple to use, reliable, and works in offline mode.

Every time I try to write a nurse’s note in the note section, AlayaCare crashes. This bug is hindering my ability to document my work, which negatively impacts my ability to pass on information about patient care and frustrates the office which requires these notes be written. Fix this!

If I could give AlayaCare a negative star I would! I’ve updated my phone just to be sure it wasn’t user error but it’s not. AlayaCare shutdown in the middle of use, it’s been several times I’ve been unable to clock in or leave notes. As well as having the client sign. I end up having to complete paper timesheets & notes which makes AlayaCare useless!

Our company uses AlayaCare. It has made improvements over time, but is still poor in quality. It still looses data, and often wastes time because it looses internet connections. It’s useless until it finally works

Needs it utilize face and/or fingerprint recognition

Allows me to clock in and out every day. My agency allows me to see future and historic schedules. Love this. I get paid each pay period correctly!!!

I have to use Alaycare to schedule services. it is untrustworthy in that it duplcates services, changes service start times by 5minutes randomly, and the view revisions is untrue. We just can't trust it. thats not to mention that as a scheduler the info we need readily available we have to search for. it has doubled our workload.
