Flowing Meditation in Nature Reviews

I thought it was my ipad issue related to the new iPadOs 13.5 but then I discovered if I didnt use FlowingMeditationinNature Flowing the ipad is behaving well. The problem is that with the use of Flowing during the night -it helps to fall asleep :) -while it is disconnecting from wifi and connected to its charger,+ it is the only app running, in the morning the iPad is no near 100% charge and till I do not restart it, the battery keeps drainings and there is no way to charge it again.

Nice app to hear sounds of nature and relax, I particularly enjoy it at airplanes or when it’s below zero out and I’d like to imagine myself in a forest. That said, the way to activate the meditation could be more intuitive or there should be instructions available. The shortcut is hidden while *all* other controls/buttons are visible, requiring a touch on the screen to appear (while dimming the other controls). Who thought this UX/UI was a good idea? It is *very* easy to miss it and completely overlook one of the best features.

I've bought thunderspace, windy, sunny and away. In a nutshell, to me, Flowing is a better version of away. When Away was introduced I was eagerly looking for a calm forest&woods soundscape only to find relatively loud and noisy mixture of too many sounds in almost every listening spot. Flowing, on the other hand, reminds me of a gentle outdoor hiking trips.

The good
-great soundscape.
-beautiful artworks.
-integration with windy & sequels.

The bad
-the cathedral-like, cold, artificial, unnatural, digital reverberation in guided meditation makes me nauseous.
-the voice actor from guided meditation tried too much to sound calm which is unnatural rather than relaxing.
-UI needs a rework. Integration with windy and its sequels results in 20 scenes which is just too many for a single row scrilling.

=if you're looking for the soundscape but not the guided meditation, you won't regret.

I have several of his apps. Consistently high quality sound and beautiful graphics. Would like a volume control for river sound so it can be lowered or even turned off. My only other issue is with the spiky icon. It is not representative of the program or unifying with the other apps. So much effort is put into making these apps consistent and integrated, then random icons are used to represent them and they end up scattered around my iPad. They need some branding to unify the icons.

Beautifully designed app. I've been having trouble sleeping lately and when I saw this I was hoping it would help.. and it did! For the past 2 nights I put this on and used headphones (beats) to get surrounded in it.. and I honestly don't remember falling asleep.. not only that, but I would stay sleeping throughout the night. I usually wake up 4-5 times, but not with this baby! Thank you for FlowingMeditationinNature ! Amazing!

I'll keep it simple because the simplicity of FlowingMeditationinNature really does it for me.

The music is interesting and beautiful, nicely mixed with the background ambience. I find myself drifting off with meaningful thoughts completely relaxed.

Easy controls and does exactly what you want, it gives you a peaceful place to, with closed eyes, escape to.

I have no other words to describe how beautiful this meditation app is. It is truly unlike any other one I've used, and I couldn't afford to not give FlowingMeditationinNature a 5/5 star review. The experience is truly otherworldly, I literally felt like I was on another planet. Please, if you're hesitating to get FlowingMeditationinNature, don't. Just get it, you won't regret it.

I downloaded FlowingMeditationinNature and thought it was like any other in its category. I was wrong, the combination of the music and the atmosphere sounds takes you to a place without forcing yourself to relax. Even though I go to sleep late, I stay in bed for 4 hours before I can really fall asleep, I have been like that almost 10 years. Now i use FlowingMeditationinNature everyday which helps me sleep in an hour. Wonderful app. I would suggest an update with more sound varieties though. Thanks.

I was strolling through FlowingMeditationinNature Store when I saw FlowingMeditationinNature featured as the free app of the week. I clicked on it, thought it looked promising and downloaded it.

Three days later it's 2 in the morning and I can't sleep. Usually I turn on Pandora nature sound station but I remember FlowingMeditationinNature. Turn it on and I am asleep within 10 minutes!

Then last night I went to turn it on and noticed that it has extra stuff so I check and it has guided meditations! I was amazed and it was good. Didn't last more than 10-15 minutes before I was asleep.

I see that they have more soundscape and I can't wait to try them. Thank you for such a great app.💤

FlowingMeditationinNature is so incredibly relaxing, that just listening to a few minutes of this can turn a horrible, stress-filled day into a good day, soothing your mind and body, turning worries away and bringing in calm, peaceful audio that can and will transport you to another place that will release a day's tension in what feels like no time at all.

I use FlowingMeditationinNature for reading when I need a bit of calming white noise, and for sleeping when I’m sharing a room with someone who snores.

The rain sounds are perfectly clear, and the ability to customize and adjust the sound levels of rain, stream, and birdsong adds a lot to the experience.

I have used this for years to relax and isolate myself from everything around me. Helps me take naps when I need them. I have used this for years. I purchased the second version and I am interested to try that out. Definitely recommend this. Very nice ambient sounds that appear to be 3d. I can visualize where the rain drops are landing.

I'm a nocturnal type of person.. Meaning I'm up to 1-4am every day. FlowingMeditationinNature as well as the Forest Zen sounds really helped me rest. I love that I can play this sounds with my iPhone locked and it has a set sleep timer to auto shut off.
FlowingMeditationinNature is amazing. I've been searching FlowingMeditationinNature story for the best, this one offers the Best 3D sounds. 10/10 recommend. Only con: Purchased in-app leads ya to buy FlowingMeditationinNature all over again. Need to fix that.

I love the water sounds! They are very relaxing and realistic. The menus are very clean and easy to use. I LOVE that there are no adds to interrupt you. The artwork is great and I really like the 3D effect. I wish we could have 1 sample each of the wind and ocean sounds. Also, is there any way you could build a battery conserver into your app? Just because FlowingMeditationinNature seems to eat my iPod's battery up. Overall, I really enjoy FlowingMeditationinNature.

Beautiful graphics, awesome sounds, and relaxing music. I have to say this is the most stunning app I have ever downloaded and I use it every time I go to bed. The only thing I think could use some work is the option to maybe decrease the volume of the running water, or maybe turn it off completely, something to toggle it. Over all though, a truly remarkable app!! I highly recommend it!!

FlowingMeditationinNature is the most amazing app ever! I am so grateful to the sounds and meditations. I have had trouble sleeping for a very long time and FlowingMeditationinNature saved me! I wish that all the 'scenes' were available to me, but the ones I do have access to are incredibly relaxing. I am sooooooooooooo happy that I can finally and easily go to sleep! I LOVE the meditation so much! The voice is so calming and makes me sleep so soundly! Thank you so much for this wonderful app!

As someone that struggles with anxiety, I constantly try to find ways to calm myself down whenever it becomes too much. FlowingMeditationinNature has helped to calm me down whenever I begin to get anxious, and it’s also just helped me relax whenever I need an extra boost. The meditation has helped me to fall asleep on many restless nights and I also appreciate the ability to change how much of what you’re hearing. The artwork included is also very stunning.

I never thought that I would actually find something that helps me fall asleep, 3 minutes in and I was already relaxed. Only thing was that I wasn't in my room, no I was in the rain forest and soon I started daydreaming that I was walking in the forest and I monkey with a jetpack flew over me (I know it's weird but boy was it an experience). It seems like something that you would just scoff at but it's combination of sound and relaxing music just takes you away somewhere nice.

Only found out about this awesome app because it was featured as free app of the week. I am an extremely light sleeper and need ear plugs or earphones with meditation or water sounds to clear my mind and sleep. FlowingMeditationinNature comes with a good selection of stream/running water sounds plus in app purchases for wind, ocean or storms. Can adjust timer, raise or lower different sounds in each sound to customize your experience!

EDIT: I’m still very disappointed in the lack of email response, but I’m going out on a limb and buying Flowing 2 to support Franz’s work. These really are the best meditation apps in FlowingMeditationinNature Store. Rating adjusted to 3 stars - 5+ star app, minus bad email response and persistent bug.

Be warned - currently there is an issue in Flowing where the water sound is not adjustable, and it’s stuck on the loudest setting. That makes hearing the fabulous meditation difficult.

It’s a system wide issue in all the apps, though, as Sunny and Windy both have the same issue. I’m going to trust Franz and hope it’s fixed in Flowing 2, and that it will be fixed in his other apps. But Franz, answer email a couple times of year! It makes us loyal customers less cranky.🙃

PREVIOUS REVIEW: I’ve bought every single one of Franz’s apps. They are fantastic.

But he broke FlowingMeditationinNature - removing key features in a “bug fixing update” - all so people would be forced to buy his new app.

And he won’t answer customer support messages asking if he put the broken & removed functionality back into his latest iteration.

These used to be some of the best apps in FlowingMeditationinNature Store. But the hidden gem, the meditations, are what really made them shine. Without them, these “nature sounds” apps are a dime a dozen. Get something cheaper.

I’ll never buy another one of his apps as he doesn’t care anything about customer satisfaction.
