Using iPad Pro, when I use the share function to upload a recipe from a post, sometimes I get to a post that is not RecipeBox but some game or a different site. I cannot log out of this and have to reboot my iPad to clear your RecipeBox site. This is happening more and more lately. Do you have a fix for this? I do not want to lose all the recipes I have saved on your site by deleting your app and downloading a new one

Common dislikes about RecipeBox app

- No option to disable connecting account to Shipt, Walmart, etc.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent RecipeBox app issues:

Force Stop the RecipeBox App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click RecipeBox app. » click "Force Stop".

Update RecipeBox to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear RecipeBox App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "RecipeBox app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch RecipeBox.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click RecipeBox » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got RecipeBox » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
