Follow these steps to resolve intermittent DotVision Motion app issues:

Force Stop the DotVision Motion App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click DotVision Motion app. » click "Force Stop".

Update DotVision Motion to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear DotVision Motion App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "DotVision Motion app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch DotVision Motion.
