I can move through some sections of GoMotion without any problem. But when I try to bring up my account, go to the Parent Portal or try to accept/decline an event, it is in perpetual loading..... How do I get them to load? Thanks.

How to fix SportsEngine Motion app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SportsEngine Motion app on iPhone
Update SportsEngine Motion app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SportsEngine Motion iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SportsEngine Motion on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SportsEngine Motion network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SportsEngine Motion Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SportsEngine Motion not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SportsEngine Motion App
1. On android, goto Settings » SportsEngine Motion » click [Force Stop]

Update SportsEngine Motion to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SportsEngine Motion App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SportsEngine Motion » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SportsEngine Motion.

Fix SportsEngine Motion unable to contact server/ SportsEngine Motion internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SportsEngine Motion » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SportsEngine Motion » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SportsEngine Motion
