I have used teledoctor services for many years now for everything from minor illnesses/colds/sinus infections to birth control and monthly care from a specialist. I decided to try baycare anywhere because I liked that they had physical offices near by. Huge mistake!!! This dr spent maybe 5 min on the video call with me, clearly did not read what I submitted beforehand or what we discussed during those ~5 minutes. The doctor ended my visit while I was half way through a sentence, the summary report that was sent to me had obvious and diagnostically important mistakes, the prescription written for me has nothing to do with my chief complaint, I specifically requested a doctors note for my employer (per the instructions from their website) and it’s been 3+ hours and two separate calls to customer service and still these issues have not been resolved! Customer service just says “hopefully within 2-6 hrs the dr will fix it” and there is “nothing else they can do.” Virtual medical care can be an absolute godsend, but stay far far away from baycare anywhere! For those who are ill and do not want to wait hours in a doctors office with other sick people just to have them tell you what you already know, I have personally used- dr on demand, amwell, lemonaid and other teledoctor apps and highly recommend all of them, just avoid baycare (worstcare) anywhere!!!

Worst mistake! Don’t use this service! I spent $45 to talk to talk to a physician about a developing sinus I He literally spent 3 min with me, rattle off some over the counter meds that I didn’t even get a chance to right down. I asked about antibiotics, although it’s been few years I’ve had a sinus infection before, and he said it was necessary. He ended the session before I could get him to repeat the OTC he recommended and had the nerve to say “patient was upset”. It’s a Saturday and my doctors office is closed and couldn’t get an appointment on Friday and I’m sick! $45 for less than 5 minutes is a pretty good scam you running. So unless a real doctor wants to contact me ASAP and prescribe what I need I will continue the negative comments by word of mouth and through social media that this service is a rip off and is taking advantage of people that are sick! I would give a 0 but that’s not an option.

This is my first virtual physician experience. Some advice- just wait in line. I agreed a couple of times to get a provider that could “see me sooner”. Each time you have to complete the symptoms, current location, current medications.... and you are just put back in queue with a provider having the same number of patients waiting.

For the IT guys- put a radio button in for current location is same as home address! Ugh! Or better yet, don’t make us retype everything to get in line for a different provider!

The physician was great! And it was easy to use.

Couldn’t get into an urgent care as they were busy and about to close. Did not want to go to ER for possible strep throat. Called Baycare anywhere and saw a doctor via video on phone and prescription called in. Took less than 15 minutes even with filling out all the required information. Absolutely amazing app

I paid an equal amount to an on-line service where you submit your symptoms, pay and a doctor calls you back...never! After waiting a day I phoned and was blown off for several more hours and found this.

Great and quick care.

I stumbled through registering for my visit, but I’m glad I did it. During this time of isolation all over the world, being able to see my doctor and not be with her in the same room is great. The nurse that helped me through the process was patient and kind, both her and my doctor were great.

First time using BayCareAnywhere with my doctor. Is was user friendly and the convenience of using a mobile device was awesome. I didn’t have to spend my day driving to and from the office. BayCareAnywhere interface is very streamlined. You can sign up for text alerts to remind you of your appt.

Other people on here are giving negative reviews because they had a bad experience with the provider. It can be like that whether you use technology or see someone in office. But, as far as BayCareAnywhere goes, I was very happy with app. It worked perfectly. Very nice using this technology.

I’m not exaggerating, this is the easiest process when you can’t get to a doctor. I’m in the process of switching to a new primary but all new patient appointments are 4 months out. So I just used this to refill my birth control and it took all of 5 minutes. So convenient, I can’t say enough great things about it.

I never knew this was an option until just recently when my sister was sick and she shared her experience. This is great especially if you don’t feel well enough to leave your house. The doctor was professional and caring. I will most definitely use this option again.

We saw Jessica Rahmes ARNP today for my daughters needs, she was very informative, compassionate, and extremely patient! Jessica took her time with us and was very through with her exam. We are very pleased to have used this service today and got Jessica. I will recommend BayCareAnywhere for health needs ! Thanks Jessica for your help today!

I highly recommend ding a BayCare Anywhere visit with your doctor. I have never done a remote visit from my iPad before and I would definitely do it again. Hunter from her office explained what I needed to do, and her instructions were perfect. It was really like an in person visit. Dr. Kay Schmid had reviewed my records and understood the issues. Dr. Schmid throughly explained what I needed to do, as always, she is awesome.

Best app ever. The person that came up with this was a genius. Saved me from having to get up, get dressed and leave the house while I am feeling so bad. Not to mention waiting in a doctors office with other sick patients. The physician was very professional and thorough. I asked me several questions and took care of my needs. Thank you, Baycare.

Woke up with pink eye, urgent cares are usually busy, so this option popped up, I was hesitant, the urgent care was only 3 miles away but already had an hour wait, not too mention more costly, so I tried BayCareAnywhere and it was very easy to use and saw my doctor through the phone, and we were done within 15 minutes!!!! Great experience for simple diagnosis!!!!! Will definitely use again!!!!!

I have been battle a cough and nasal congestion for almost 2 weeks and heard about BayCareAnywhere from my sons social worker at St Joseph’s children’s hospital so I decided to use it since I have a son who has a compromised immune system and I don’t have insurance and would rather not bring him into any place. Dr Andrea Frank was so kind and it was like being in the same room. She even got to say hi to my kids. Thank you! Now I don’t have to suffer anymore

I was able to upload pictures if my area of concern for the provider to look at prior to and during the appointment. The care provided was quick and at the same time thorough for my needs. The provider made sure to ask if there was anything else he could help with or if I had additional questions. What a great way to receive excellent care.

I have used this so many times. I have a toddler and the thought of sitting in a doctor’s office gives me nightmares. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to see a provider. I don’t have to:
• schedule an appointment
• drive to the appointment
• wait in a waiting room
• wait in a patient room
• drive back home

Even the most efficient doctor’s offices are just more inconvenient than seeing a provider online.

I can:
• see a doctor and visit summary within 10-20 minutes
• stay at home
• see a doctor practically whenever

I have used it for:
• ear infection
• eczema
• cold

It cuts down how often my children or I need to physically go to the doctor’s office. I use it a lot before COVID-19, but even more now.

I’m already a BayCare patient, but had no idea about BayCareAnywhere until today! It’s fantastic! I simply filled out minimal information, described what my issue was, and I was matched up with a doctor within 5 minutes! The doctor was very friendly and personable, yet also professional. He was even knowledgeable about a certain medication I currently take, which many doctors don’t even know about yet! And, not having to go out in the Tampa/St. Petersburg traffic? BayCareAnywhere itself flows well, with simple instructions from page to page. It allows quick access to the information you need to input and gets you to where you need/want to be with ease.
As far as the convenience goes, if I would have gone to an ER or urgent care clinic for my non-urgent, non-contagious issue, I would be at great risk of picking up something from another person or persons in hose facilities, making me worse off than I am now. Not to mention, the very danger of just being out on the roads today. This is the best update to healthcare that has come in a long while.

Everyone should download BayCareAnywhere. When you're sick and you don't feel up to driving to a doctor's office or urgent care, you can literally see a doctor while lying in your bed. I just tried it for the first time and I loved it. The doctor was very nice and communicative. You can sync it with your Apple Health app so the doctor can see your vitals. You can type in your own temp/weight/blood pressure/symptoms/allergies and it's no different that going to an in-person visit! Any prescriptions can be sent to your pharmacy of choice. And one of the best parts, in my opinion, is not spreading your germs around by going out while you're sick.

Even though it had been years since I had a UTI, I knew the symptoms right away. BayCareAnywhere made it very easy for me to connect with a physician who videoconferenced with me immediately. She reviewed my patient history and all my signs and symptoms. She was able to prescribe an antibiotic for me at my usual pharmacy. She was a great Communicator and listener and I feel confident in her care. I highly recommend the use of BayCareAnywhere. It is a time saver!

While on vacation 1000 miles from home I got a sinus infection. After 10 minutes talking to a doctor they sent a Rx to a local pharmacy. It was so convenient and easier than an urgent care would have been.

Bay Care Anywhere was a fantastic experience. Spoke to an experienced pediatrician who was knowledgeable and was quick to understand and diagnose our daughter's needs. We felt extremely confident in the recommended course of treatment and she is feeling better already!!

Always a great experience using BayCareAnywhere. I always try to go to my primary doctor first, but lately it seems like he has no space in his schedule to fit walk-ins. I am not a fan of urgent care, so BayCareAnywhere is great to use from the comfort of your home or office.

Couldn’t get in with my doctor, Lemonaid was a joke and couldn’t give me meds for a simple sinus/cough. Baycare took 5 mins, video chat and then called in some meds for the same price as me going to the doctor and waiting an hour!!
