I find the app helpful with getting refills. However I have a preferred location in settings that is never applied to my refill request. The refill request has a drop down menu with another location for the pharmacy that I use. The app always sends my request to that location instead of using my preferred location. I usually have to resend my request to my preferred location because I didn’t select my preferred location in the drop down menu. Why offer a preferred location option when it isn’t applied to my refill request. Also, initially, I found the app was not easy to set up. This app needs work done it and could be better.
Update: The location issue still hasn’t been addressed.

This app is awful! First off, it takes too long for the app to load. Even on wifi with other phone apps working perfectly, this app takes forever to load. Lots of times when it does load, the patients aren’t listed. I added mine 4 times because I thought the app was losing the info. Then one day I see 4 patients listed with the same name. Crazy.
I finally just called the pharmacy to get my prescriptions filled after waiting 2 days for new prescriptions to be added on the app. It’s been 3 days, prescriptions have been filled, and they’re still not showing up on this stupid app.
I’m sure pharmacies pay a good bit of money to use this app. FIX IT OR GIVE THEM THEIR MONEY BACK!!!

I like to use the app for convience because I live 30 minutes away. Easy to setup and submit. Can do any time of day! I’ve given more than enough time to fulfill, half a day to two days before picking up. So far, the 3 times I’ve used it, I’ve had to wait at the pharmacy because it’s not filled. My daughter included has had the same issues. The reason I use the app is so I don’t have to call it in and/or check on it. Maybe that’s not how it’s to work? Would be nice to have some type of notification that it’s in process and ready. I still don’t understand the email sent. Why? So far it’s pointless. Now all the nicknames are taken. Really??
