My pharmacy got switched to acreedo for some reason about 3 years ago and it’s been nothing but issues. Every time I have to order medicine it’s a whole ordeal to get it on time. My copay assistance never gets billed so I always have a $3 thousand balance and my shipment gets canceled. I ask what the issue is and then all of the sudden they can get it cleared up. I ask for help to get this resolved but get no answers on why this is happening. If you have the option, don’t use acreedo.

If I could give a negative number of stars, I would. I’m not sure if it’s a problem with Accredo or the company, but I have to call multiple times every month in order to get my medication. The delivery date keeps changing to a later date after my order has been placed. I have missed my medication because of it. Every month I spend at least 30 minutes on the phone with the representative telling me there are no protocols holding up the order, so they don’t know what the problem is.

I would give negative stars if I could.
I have had more back and forth calls than I can count, just in an attempt to get my specialty medication.
It took two full months just to get my new specialty drug. I finally did receive the loading dose for my new prescription and now I am going through hoops again just trying to get a refill for it. My doctor’s office has called this app multiple times and I have also. Once one issue is fixed, this app comes up with another reason why they cannot send me the medication I need.
I have to wonder if they are trying to purposefully prevent patients from getting their specialty medication - is it because it is expensive? I truly do not understand. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed in the customer service and their lack of concern for helping patients.
If this app reads this, please fix the very broken workflow that prevents patients from getting their medication. There are so many barriers. There has to be an easier way.

this app specialty pharmacy service is unbelievably bad. My doctor was able to locate any other pharmacies to send prescriptions but this app, after trying phone numbers and addresses etc. Had many calls with this app and everything was assured by them that they would reach to my doctor immediately by “patient rescue” action. And my doctor never heard from them. And then every time when I spoke to them the agent had no record at all on previous calls so I had to describe again. Eventually I ran our medication for more than a week so I had to ask my doctor to send prescription to CVS which worked immediately. But Cigna would force me to use this app. I hope they fix the problem so I would be able to get medication this time. Finger crossed.

I’ve been using this app for 5 years. The past 6 months have been full of headaches including a billing debacle that took at least 5 phone calls to straighten out. Half the time, I can’t refill my prescriptions from Accredo and have to call, why have that feature in Accredo ? When calling, I have to authenticate with the auto attendant and then provide the exact same info to the rep who ultimately answers the call. Get your CRM system into modern times please!

This pharmacy is so unorganized and every step of filling RX comes with several days of delay. The staff are not properly trained so be prepared to repeat your problem and Phatmacy issue several times. And at the end instead of following up with what needs to get done they just put your RX on hold without notifying you as if you don’t need it or it’s not a specialty drug. I’m so disappointed. Unfortunately stuck with them due to my insurance or I would have changed my pharmacy. Good luck with them.

this app is a real pain to deal with. Accredo is useless, it doesn’t show current active orders. this app calls on the phone for refills and leaves voice mails, rather than just fill the refill on a monthly basis. They don’t honor copay assistance programs from major manufacturers on refills. Every month is starting over with them just to get a refill. I just got an email that I owe a $250 copay for an in-process refill, log in to Accredo and the last refill it shows is from September.
With sloppy business practices like this, confirm that what they send you is actually the correct medication.
It was easier getting refills from Walgreens.

They’ve wrongfully charged my card thousands of dollars twice. 8,000 dollars total. They can’t even give me an explanation as to how it happened. After the first time took my card off auto pay to insure it didn’t happen again. I’ve spent probably hours now on the phone with them. They couldn’t even immediately give me my money back and blamed my bank they said three to five buisness days and I called my bank and they said acredo just hasn’t put the money back yet. I couldn’t even pay for my groceries they’ve left me with no money twice during a pandemic. My insurance won’t cover my medication unless it’s through acredo and when I ordered my meds after the first accidental charge I asked the woman several times how much it was going to cost and that I couldn’t be charged thousands again. My meds were supposed to coat five dollars. She assured me it wouldn’t happen again. Honestly this has been such a nightmare I’d rather just be sick then to have to get my meds from them and keep dealing with this.

BCBS changed specialty pharmacies effective January 1. It has been a nightmare. this app calls me multiple times a day asking for the same information. Last time I spoke with them—I told them to figure it out but I can’t keep providing the same information with no results. I am now overdue for my medication. There is no end in sight. Humira is life changing for me. I cannot believe this company is in the drivers seat to my health—-they have been completely useless. I hope BCBS will change back to AllianceRX. They were wonderful.

The company makes its money by delaying expensive medication to patients by making patients reorder recurring prescriptions each month, when it should be on auto.
I should have known that their app would not make ordering easier.
After calling their “24/7” line to speak to a pharmacist and finding that no one was there, I tried Accredo , but couldn’t log in, despite entering a prescription number starting with 9 zeros and about six other digits.
These people are the least sincere people in healthcare, which is saying a lot!

As a MS patient, I find this(as well as so many more)app very useful. I however find it extremely disappointing that I’ve written in about this since January, and you just updated you app so much that you had to robo call me to let me know how great it is. It is absolutely amazing, that so many apps out there (of which yours is too) do not use landscape mode. It’s a easy fix, and would REALLY be helpful to those of us who really do need the help.

My doctor switched my meds, and the old med was automatically removed from my this app app. Unfortunately, that didn’t remove the medication dose reminder, and I think because the med is gone from my account, it won’t let me open the med reminder settings to turn off the reminder. (It still lets me change settings for my current meds though.) So now I’m get alerts for a med that I no longer take, which I cannot get rid of. From now on I won’t be using that feature in case this happens again, so I turned off my other med reminders, and I’m probably going to have to turn off app notifications entirely to stop it until it is fixed. That’s pretty annoying, since I use Accredo primarily to get notifications for med refills and shipping.
Hopefully they will fix this. I reported the bug but I don’t know how long it’ll stay this way. I’ll update my review if/when it ever gets addressed.

What a pain... I thought Accredo would make it a piece of cake to reorder... heck no.. it is circle of not being able to log in, not either having the right password, then trying to reset, then it tells me not authorized.. what? I am the only user, then it wants for you to call support, well, I can do that before Accredo .. geesh..
Got customer support, the fault was on my end... changed my rating on Accredo... I bet the support people roll their eyes at people like me... thank you for the patience...

Accredo has made refilling my prescription such a pleasure! It is so quick and easy compared to my previous hassle. No more drawn out phone call confirming information, answering the same questions, and fighting with a robot when she can’t understand your responses! Beyond grateful!

I cannot believe how easy it was to place my order via Accredo ! So much more time convenient and easier than waiting on the phone to place the order and being transferred, etc. I put in my info, choose the date I want my meds delivered, and done! Simple as that! This is going to make monthly reorders so much easier! Awesome job, this app!

I saw that a reviewer mentioned disappointment in not having the option to set a biweekly reminder. A response indicated that it would be considered in a potential update. That was last July. My son also needs his dose bi-weekly so this feature would certainly be helpful.

In the two and one half years I have been taking Tagrisso I have had no issues by phone or using Accredo . They even notify me when it’s time to reorder. I couldn’t be happier with this pharmacy. I hope everyone gets their problem worked out. We have enough to worry about. God Bless!

This is a great app, it makes it so much easier to order Your meds instead of being on the phone answering the same questions or having to hold for a long time to speak to someone. You also have the option of doing it any time you of the day! Accredo run smoothly and it’s super easy to understand. Great job!

Getting my medication from this app was a bit of a challenge, at first, between my Insurance company, prescriber release, and pharmacy rep, but I’m happy to say that After several hour long phone calls on getting everything straightened out, I’m now able to submit refills straight through from the this app App. No hassle, super easy, and you can even create reminders under the settings.
Very satisfied with using this app as my speciality pharmacy!

I have multiple medications across multiple family members to manage. Even getting my doc to change my supply from one to three months apparently changed the prescription number, making my account useless. Still, creating half a dozen account may still be the better option than contacting this app customer disservice.

App allows a prey quick refill ordering experience but the medication turnaround options are so ultra conservative you must order on a Monday or your delivery options are the following week. For one day air prescriptions if you order Monday you should easily be able to get medication by Wednesday not 8 days later.

Accredo is okay. I’m glad that they put one out finally.
Aside from ordering or viewing your order history, the only thing Accredo can do is remind you to take your medicine. As long as, that is, you take yours either daily, weekly, or monthly. If not (like every two weeks), then you can’t use the reminder feature. It needs more customization.

Need to offer payment option like Apple Oay or PayPal. I don’t want to store my payment info on yet another site. So I have to use the ExpressScripts website to pay.

After hundreds upon hundreds of phone calls to Accredo, I have encounterd only 1 rep that knew what she was doing, yet there is no way of contacting her again, not even using her extension. Considering the number of calls I have made to this company, I am certain she is the only person employed within this company that is capable of getting meds to patients. Amanda is the only light within Accredo's darkness, she is kind, empathetic, and smart and she will find and fix whatever is holding a prescription up! They desperately need more employees like her, she is an absolute angel in such a black cloud of darkness!
