How to fix YUP app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the YUP app on iPhone
Update YUP app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall YUP iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix YUP on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve YUP network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Fix YUP not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent YUP app issues:

Force Stop the YUP App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click YUP app. » click "Force Stop".

Update YUP to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear YUP App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "YUP app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch YUP.

Fix YUP unable to contact server/ YUP internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click YUP » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got YUP » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch YUP on android.
