How to fix CABDO app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the CABDO app on iPhone
Update CABDO app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall CABDO iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix CABDO on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve CABDO network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix CABDO not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent CABDO app issues:

Force Stop the CABDO App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click CABDO app. » click "Force Stop".

Update CABDO to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CABDO App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "CABDO app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch CABDO.

Fix CABDO unable to contact server/ CABDO internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click CABDO » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got CABDO » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch CABDO on android.
