Noteshelf not responsive, slow to load

I like the app, I use it nearly every day for my studies. But some mistakes often happen with it. Btw I am on Samsung galaxy S7 FE. First, frequently, when I am writing, the page on which I am start to get all black and I can not see anymore what I'm doing. Also, the writing happens to have a delay sometimes but when I erase and write back it is solved, but it would be better to solve that glitch.

All of my notes and documents in the app disappeared. I’ve been using the app since 2017 and now everything is gone. Things in my trash are still there as they should be but no notes or documents on the main page. Please help!

The app constantly crashes on Windows 11, and none of Noteshelf's support has any sort of solution for literally anything to do with the Noteshelf app on Windows 11.

How to fix Noteshelf 2 app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Noteshelf 2 app on iPhone
Update Noteshelf 2 app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Noteshelf 2 iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Noteshelf 2 on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Noteshelf 2 network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Noteshelf 2 not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Noteshelf 2 App
1. On android, goto Settings » Noteshelf 2 » click [Force Stop]

Update Noteshelf 2 to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Noteshelf 2 App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Noteshelf 2 » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Noteshelf 2.

Fix Noteshelf 2 unable to contact server/ Noteshelf 2 internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Noteshelf 2 » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Noteshelf 2 » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Noteshelf 2
