I love how forgiving this watch is! (:

This SmartWatch has so many features that are sure to get you all excited!

Lets go though a list!

- First, let’s say you were like most people and don’t get your required number of steps in for the day. No worries this watch is inaccurate and will give you extra steps that you didn’t actually take. How nice!

-Second, do you like to gamble? Because this watch will give you a weather report of anywhere from 25°F to 78°F. Knowing that type of range is great if you want to know that there will be weather tomorrow you just don’t know what it will be so prepare for everything rain, snow, wind, lava, you know the basics.

- Third, you never have to worry about trying to raise your heart rate throughout the day because this will tell you that your heart rate is anywhere from 30 to 50 beats faster than it normally is.

- Fourth, let’s say you like to change up your style frequently. Then you were perfect for this watch because you’re wrist band will break pretty easily so you can get a new one many times!

- Fifth, don’t like replying to your text but like to be able to read your text. Then you’ll really like this watch because you can’t reply to anything.

That’s just a small number of the features of this watch. If you like taking on things by yourself I would suggest getting this watch because customer service doesn’t help out anyway.

Calibration no longer works

BEWARE, DO NOT CALIBRATE UNTIL FIXED

My watch is no longer usable because the calibration no longer works.

When you go into calibration in ZeTime , it asks you to set the minute hand. The watch itself goes into calibration mode and shows the red dot at the top.

I noticed at this point that while I could move the minute hand with the watch dial and line it up with the red dot, the controls in the all that adjust the red dot didn’t work. No big deal, I figured, since I could line up the minute hand as it currently was, but I did think that was weird.

I then clicked “next” on ZeTime and it told me to move the hour hand to the red dot. I tried using the watch dial again ... but the minute hand was moving, not the hour hand. Nothing would make the hour hand move.

I backed all the way out and tried again, and nothing worked. Finally I just went through the process in ZeTime and told it to sync. It mid-synced the hands and now they’re entirely useless.

Functional, but room for improvement

The data displays are clear and work well for a daily review. However, there are limitations for going back and looking at previous days. It can take multiple steps and ZeTime always returns you to today rather than the day you were viewing. There is a large self advertisement at the top of the main screen (not sure why, they already have my money); it obscures the lower set of data on the main menu and requires you to unnecessarily scroll to reach it.
Most of this can be forgiven for a new app (it’s not). There are a number of interface, menu to menu interactions that take to many steps. Perhaps the most annoying is being unable to opt out of the “Please Review ZeTime” pop-ups. They happen frequently, often 3-4 times per day. About 1 in 3 times when you open ZeTime .

Great passive smart watch

If you're looking for a preview replacement, you should probably look at other watches. However, if you're looking for something to passively remind you of stuff throughout the day, this may be your best bet. Why three stars? 1: the music controller is annoying to use, get to, and you have to login every time (on iOS). 2: since I've owned this watch I've been asked numerous times a day to rate their app, I finally caved. 3: wrist flick is spotty at best. 4: turning on all features drains your battery. 5: no external apps for authentication
However!
I check my phone less and I don't "play"with my watch like I did with my pebble. It looks and functions like a watch, which is great. After the first few patches and fixes it works much better.

No customer support

I really like the watch and functions (although I think the synch process is a little slow). However, now my watch won’t synch. I’m not sure what the problem is, but I’ve done all the troubleshooting. I’ve turned the watch off and on, turned Bluetooth off and on and even deleted ZeTime and reinstalled it. It shows my watch connected, but it won’t fully pair. I’m at a loss as to what to do. My issue is that their customer support is non existent. I’ve tried to reach out to them multiple times and they NEVER respond, NEVER. I’m afraid I’m stuck with a worthless piece of junk now. Kronos, please respond with actual customer support!!!!!

Better than I expected!

I just got a this app petite after my previous watch broke. I’m having some trouble getting it to charge, and a bit of confusion with using it and ZeTime , but it’s not as hard as I thought it might be. Hopefully I can find tips somewhere on what settings to use for maximum battery life...

4 months in and I’m still very happy with the this app. I haven’t mastered how to get it to charge straight up, and when the company told me it was a defective item I should return it was unfortunately past the return date for the retailer I bought through. However I’m able to get enough charge, often enough, that this keeps working fine.

I don’t use the texting or emails or those sort of fancy features, just the clock and the activity tracker things.

Just the right balance

The this app app is a pretty phenomenal tool. It is a technological advance without stepping out to be Buck Rogers or Buzz Lightyear. It strikes the right balance with sophistication, elegance, timely notifications, Fitbit type use...and it keeps time. It looks and feels like a watch and I live the ease of band change and watch face change for look, use or functionality. I would give it 5 stars, but the screen is not as consistent as I would like and there have been some glitches due to it being a new app. However, this watch is truly a great buy.

ZeTime + Tread = Neato!

Have had my this app for about a month. Had trouble getting it to display the time accurately ( it would “lose” time after syncing ), but that issue was fixed after a patch.
I bought a wrist band adapter from Chrono Links (22mm) and some spring pins and turned my Leatherman Tread into a this app watchband. I’ve received several compliments on it.
I have yet to utilize all the functions, but I enjoy being able to change and creat watch faces and getting notifications and biometrics is handy and helpful.

Love this smart watch!

Super classy look, like a movado but with cool features like weather, emails/texts, steps, heart rate, etc. While it doesn’t have features like an Apple watch to reply to messages, in some ways I feel like that’s a blessing for me but may not be for others. It allows me to stay connected more discreetly in day to day activities without appearing to be stuck in my phone. One feature I especially love is being able to upload a few photos to make custom watch faces 💕 Battery life is superb too. Pricing was reasonable and options for fashionable strap upgrades are a mile long. All in all I’d give it a solid 4+

Great Device Slow to Sync

I love the idea I can wear a smart watch that has real hands so I don’t have to turn it on to get the time.

My two negatives are the watch takes way to long to sync, in some cases greater than 8 minutes. If the phone shuts off before it’s finished , you get a phone call or email message etc. you have to start over. Secondly, I wish they would have used a crystal that is oil phobic, can’t remember the technical name, but finger prints show like crazy and are hard to clean.

ZeTime blues

Ok. It’s been a year and the splash screen is the same 3 screens/pictures. Totally happy with the product for the most part. Just ready for a bit of a new look and more integrated troubleshooting. Perpetual connections are difficult and some devices do better staying tied or telling you fix this or that. If it’s there, I haven’t found or happened across it. Take that Aldie what it’s worth. 4 stars though because these are surely 1st world problems and the watch is stylishly elegant.

A lot of potential

ZeTime goes hand-in-hand with the this app watch. The watch itself is beautiful, and there is a lot of potential assuming the software (both on the watch and ZeTime ) can catch up. I love the implementation of mechanical hands on the watch. It perfectly combines the “old school” watch look with some of the major features of a smart watch. However, ZeTime and software seem a little behind the curve. Together, they suffice for daily use, and I have no major issues. I expect that with future updates ZeTime and software will become a little more seamless and add greater functionality.

Not all options work well

Heart rate monitor does not work while running. Not all options are enabled with iOS. Text msg responding only works when phone is out of reach. Heart rate monitor is all over the place even when holding completely still. Touch screen is not accurate with protective glass screen accessory. Can’t show activity features when uploading an image as the watch face; also won’t show numbers for time. Can’t customize pre chosen watch faces with custom widgets. I’m a runner and would like to customize your predetermined watch faces for activity, but your interface won’t allow it.

Finally! A classy digital watch + hands

The this app app coordinates well with the this app watch. I love that I can finally have a beautiful digital watch that also has physical hands. I can check the time discreetly without my watch lighting up and demanding attention. Then, when I want it, the cool iPhone compatible settings are there. I have complete control over what does or doesn’t happen on the this app. When it’s not relaying messages or reporting the weather - it’s simply a gorgeous Swiss-made timepiece. The best of both worlds.

Happy with the purchase of my ZeTime.

I had to get the hang of all the functions and setting them to my specifications. Just after I received my hybrid watch. Which I purchased straight from the manufacturer’s website. Instead of the local retail department store. Where I have a credit account. And first learned about them. In there holiday preferred customer advertiser. Listed $239. I price searched on the internet before hand. My Kronoz website also viewed discount holiday prices. Saving me $70. 🙂

Great watch

Was hesitant to get such a complex device from a brand I hadn’t heard of on Indie, but so far it’s worked great. It doesn’t have as much interactive functionality as for example the Apple Watch...but at a quarter of the price you can’t expect that. Besides, it’s so much nicer looking. Even with the face image off and just a black background it is a beautiful watch. So far battery has been ok, lasting for days even with screen set bright and frequent notifications.
Will be getting another for a gift in a few weeks for a friend who has been admiring it.

Class act

I have owned many, many, many fitness trackers and smart watches. Everything from the old school polar heart rate monitor watches with the chest strap, to several fit-bits, Mio Alpha 1, basic 1 watch to the ever so popular Apple I-watch. And nothing has please me more than the this app. The functionality, clean lines, it’s simple to use, and easy to navigate. Then coupled with the customizable faces and wrist bands makes this more than a fitness tracker, or a watch. It is in fact in a league of its own.

Great tracker, oh yeah, and watch

There are lots of features to like about this watch. Mostly it performs reliably; has accurate time (synced with phone), tracks HR, sleep, steps and calories. Great vibrating alarm, notifies you of calls and texts (if you want) and can be adjusted on the phone or the watch. The best part is the battery: I charge it every 5-7 days and it takes about an hour. Paid about $165 for it. Have had it for 8 months and could not be happier!

Great time piece

Originally I was sent an incorrect watch and it took quite a long time to get it resolved. I am very happy with my watch I link it to my Apple health app And it keeps very accurate count. I also like the option of the heart rate with is helpful for tracking exercise. I had an Apple Watch and this was less than a replacement christle on the Apple Watch.
I use the email and messages also but it is not so easy to read. I wanted a watch for kayaking so I’d be in the water from time to time. I’ve had it for over 6 months and no issue in fresh or salt water.

Very pleased, but I have a suggestion

The one thing that I think could be added to the this app watch is the ability to respond to text messages. Whenever I get a text I have to pull out my phone anyway to respond. I realize that dictation isn’t an option at this point in time and typing a message would be painful. But how about using ZeTime to program 3-5 responses into the watch and then being able to choose from one of the 3-5 preset responses to send? Even if you just had “Yes” “No” and “Maybe” it’d save you from pulling your phone out of your pocket some of the time.
