A girl and I have been texting, her last text was sometime this morning on 6/7/2022 and a few hours later I texted her trying to see if she ate anything, and usually when I text and it sends it would say like “1minute passed” or when I would still be on the messages tab I would see a preview of the last text but mine isn’t showing, can you please fix this bug

How to fix Zoe app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Zoe app on iPhone
Update Zoe app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Zoe iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Zoe on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Zoe network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Zoe Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Zoe not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Zoe App
1. On android, goto Settings » Zoe » click [Force Stop]

Update Zoe to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Zoe App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Zoe » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Zoe.

Fix Zoe unable to contact server/ Zoe internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Zoe » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Zoe » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Zoe
