When I try to verify my photos I get to the part where it asks me to 'Position your face in the oval'. It doesn't matter how long I do that for nothing further ever happens.

How to fix Wapa app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Wapa app on iPhone
Update Wapa app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Wapa iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Wapa on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Wapa network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Wapa Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Wapa not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Wapa App
1. On android, goto Settings » Wapa » click [Force Stop]

Update Wapa to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Wapa App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Wapa » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Wapa.

Fix Wapa unable to contact server/ Wapa internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Wapa » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Wapa » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
