Follow these steps to resolve intermittent iXassida app issues:

Force Stop the iXassida App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click iXassida app. » click "Force Stop".

Update iXassida to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear iXassida App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "iXassida app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch iXassida.

Fix iXassida unable to contact server/ iXassida internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click iXassida » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got iXassida » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch iXassida on android.

this app is an application that allows you to read, listen to and understand (through translations) the writings of Cheikh Ahmadou Bamba (the founder of the Murid community of Touba in Senegal) in an engaging and unique way. The application allows you to save in your phone all the Xassidas that you consult (images and audios) so that you can access them in offline mode (without internet). With a list of over 150 available Xassidas, and over 200 audios with a choice to choose a particular audio for each Xassida. this app is unique in its characteristics.
