XOSS Status

Второй раз загрузил приложение Xoss G+ Телефон при включении Bluetooth, пишет: "XOSS G-012228 не разрешает сопряжение". Что нужно сделать. Скачивал приложение на другой телефон, работает отлично, а моему телефону не разрешает сопряжение, пишет - неправильный пароль или PIN-код. Очень прошу мне помочь, пожалуста.

Good morning, I'f been using Xoss G+ now for a couple of weeks, but I still have problems with several items. 1 I start the computer as explained in the manual, but I don't know if it is really recording. When I press the on/off "SPD" gives speed and cadence, when I press it again to see "AVG" it shows 00 00 00, the same for "MAX" no indications at all. But when I check on my iPhone I see the workouts and I also see it on "Strava" 2 I also use XOSS G+ on my home trainer, but there the results have never been recorded. 3 I use a Suunto cardio meter, but I can't get connected. So I have 3 important problems with the XOSS G+ compute. Technical information: XOSS G+ computer no G-917593 XOSS _VOR_S2052 XOSS_VOR_C8569 I hope you can help me with these 3 points. I cannot update firmware

when i try to download the heart rate monitor to my android phone it works fine, but the Xoss computer does not pick it up. It has been working fine for about 2 years and suddenly stopped working. The cadence sensor is still working fine

how do I close the app on my android tablet without shutting off the tablet?

XOSS connected to phone but not syncing ride to phone.

Xoss says email invalid. Tried 2 different ones. Can't login (I did have an account) nor make a new account

hi i used my xoss g+ and rode for over 50 km the ride definitely was recorded by the xoss however i can’t find anything synced to my phone after ending the ride how do i solve this

I just got my XOSS G+, installed the app on my android phone (Pixel 6 running android 13). When I try to sign up (open new account) I get a message saying sign up failed or Request throttled. Without an account I can't use the app, without the app I can't use the cycling computer.

i use xoss G+ with magene heart rate sensor. The problem is the heart rate result is far below the result from samsung galaxy watch. Also the millage gain far bellow. what can i do to resolve this. Thanks

Same problem as other users - rides not appearing in Strava. I get a "Please check network" error message. Close or Try Again

Solved with upgrade to XOSS App version 3.9.0

Same problem here, activities synced no more visibles in app. Last synced activities (yesterday) not uploaded to Strava.

Similar problem like last comment. Synced workouts are no more visible in XOSS app.

Today while using my XOSS app to record my bike ride. I connected my XOSS app on my Samsung android phone to my Cycplus M1 and everything worked well. One workout was seen and I pressed Sync and waited. It never connected to Strava. This is the first time this has happened since I've been using the app. It said all workouts synced but when I clicked on workouts it said click to synchronize immediately. I clicked on that and it said Syncing but there were no workouts on the screen (it said Go outside to record.....). Yesterday it had many many workouts there to agree with my Strava account. After syncing message stopped I went to Strava and there was nothing there. I then ran a test short workout and the same thing happened. What is wrong?

I am unable to login to XOSS on my Android Phone. error: Wrong username or password. I have tried many times, making sure I use my e-mail and password correctly. but the error persists.
