Very frustrated with the this app app. After successfully pairing XOSS with 2 different computers (CYCPLUS and this app) and sensors, all appeared as if things were connected and working. I even got the GPS connection to work on both devices, although the this app instructions were not as complete as they should be.

However, the this app app (iPhone XS, IOS v14.8) consistently says “GPS Signal Lost” as soon as I start moving, even though the G+ shows a strong GPS signal. I’ve researched and tried everything I found online or that I can possibly think of, including Location Services, etc on the iPhone. I’ve not found any similar problem reported in web articles or product forums, and support from this app has been marginal at best. If I don’t get some real help and a resolution within the next day I’m going to return both computers and chuck the whole thing.

Again the problem appears to be with the this app app on the iPhone, not the this app G+ device

I wanted a simple display with speed, ODO, ride time and the this app unit did all I wanted. I know several apps do this, but I wanted to save my phone battery for emergencies on longer rides. The device delivered everything I wanted and the ability to sync to XOSS was just gravy. App shows me a map of the ride and all the recorded ride data. I can even go back and look at previous rides to see progress. Really like the system. Provides a lot of value and functionality for reasonable price.

Let me start off with all I want is to be able to track overall distance, average speed, current speed, and current cadence indoors. I do not need fancy graphics.

However, due to XOSS >record function utilizing gps and the auto pause feature it is not possible to monitor an indoor ride. Additionally, it seems none of the setting do anything like disabling auto pause or making it so the screen does not turn off.

If all these functions worked and XOSS could monitor an indoor ride XOSS would be an easy 5/5 stars.

I love the fact that I don’t have to put in tire size and align magnets with sensors at proper distances. You connect it to the bars, pair with your phone and go. It’s great and it tracks everywhere you go and the elevation, it will even show on a map your workouts. I Love it, great tool, I wish I had, had one years ago. I would not have wasted so much money on bike computers that are useless now.

And that’s all I was looking for. Speed, distance, clock, and odometer. Simple to install and use.

Overlaying my path in a map was an added bonus. Been using it a couple weeks and short of a water or physical calamity see no reason for it to end.

Computer is smart and easy enough to connect to XOSS but the sync button doesn’t always appear so I can see I have stored workouts on computer but I can’t sync to App to see and store them. I waited 1hr and restarted everything multiple times. I have emailed you for support already

I work at a bike shop which carries gps units selling for up to $600. When asked what I use I sheepishly find by say ‘my phone’, not wanting to admit that I find the $50 this app and XOSS more than sufficient and reliable for my needs.

So I purchased a this app G+ and to this app Speed/Cadence sensors XOSS and G+ work great no prom lens there. The problem is I got them two weeks ago and the sensor battery’s are already dead. It is really annoying too because the are not AAA or AA batteries. I was wondering if there is a way to turn off the sensors when not in use? If anyone knows please reply to this review.

My favorite app. Excellent function, can perfectly connect and synchronize my workout with m1. Always improving and getting better.‌    

It was a little slow in the beginning but love it!

Don’t bother! Doesn’t work. No support. Can’t change units on computer. They send you a unit all in Chinese characters. And it drops workouts. A waste all the way around. I would give it 0 stars.

I have set all my app and device options to imperial. But the graphs and reports are showing all my stats in metric. Please advise.

I am unable to even register my account with XOSS. I have emailed the support email address several times and haven’t ever been acknowledged.

Can’t even get past the signup process which can only be done from XOSS !

It doesn’t let me create an account. I have tried 4 different e-mails. What can I do?

Okay, just got a CooSpo BC200 in from Amazon. Downloaded the software, and setting up to this app could be confusing to some. Luckily I’m used to beta software and what is often overlooked.

First off get aWallet Password Manager from App Store and set its backup location. Add an account for this app and generate a password and save it.

Open this app for the first time said to connect the device first. It won’t appear in Bluetooth devices on the phone, much like GoPro.
Use BLE Connect on device, then open the this app app. Select the device being used (Okay, wished it would save. Haven’t used the device yet either. )
Enter your email & password, then tap the small blue oval horizontal Connect. That’s all there is to it to register.
You will get sent a verification email. Done.

Could not be any easier.

So it appears that they will send you the code to your email. That code doesn’t seem to work. Tried at least a dozen time.

I am attempting to download XOSS for my new this app bike computer. Where does one find the verification code.
