I’ve had this app for going on two years now I believe. I just tried to open the app on my iPad for convenience and I seem to have to open and possibly pay for a new account on my iPad? Surely that’s not true!!! This has been a very convenient way for me to keep my projects with me at all times that’s why I decided today on a rainy day I would go ahead and use my iPad also. So I’m hoping someone’s checking these reviews and will get back with me as I can’t seem to find any other way to contact that actual creator. If anyone else knows of an idea please let me know. I’d really love to have the same information on my iPhone on my iPad. Otherwise just like I said it’s a lovely app but I really don’t want to pay for it twice. Becky are you out there?!? Please guide me through this. Thank you.

I don’t know where else to report bugs.
There is a bug on the watch app with pop up messages/row alerts.
The row alert message never leaves. It continues to pop up immediately after pressing cancel or dismiss. I cannot get rid of the pop up.
When it pops up I cannot access anything else. I can’t swipe between or increment counters, I can’t go back to the main menu, the row alerts don’t sync when linked counters are incremented, and it doesn’t sync with the phone at all.
The only way to get out of the pop up menu and regain usability is to remove the app from my watch and reload it.
Another glitch.
Also I accidentally hit delete pattern and the the verify delete message kept popping up whenever I opened a pattern despite hitting cancel or no each time. Finally I had to select yes delete to get rid of the message. And it of course deleted the pattern.
Something about the pops up are not registering as being read because they keep popping up blocking anything it pops up over, and in the case of row alerts, making it non functional.
My devices are all updated.

This is a good app and I would pay for the pro But I think $50 is a little steep for this. Personally I think they should come down on that price. There are other apps that are $9.99 for the year and offer more functions.
Often I use my watch but while crocheting it’s a good time to charge the watch but syncing rows I counted on the phone back with the watch is not accurate. Due to that issue I can’t justify $50 even with it syncing properly $50 for a row counter with some added tracking features is a tuff sale IMHO. I think they would get more sales at a $25 to $30 price range. If this was $25 I wouldn’t hesitate purchasing...if it was under $10 annually I wouldn’t hesitate.
