I bought all the back issues via the iPad version of the app. They won’t restore on my iPhone. Several times yesterday I also got error messages saying it couldn’t connect to the App Store. Seems to connect today, but still won’t restore purchases. The iPad version is fine though it seems to get stuck in a refresh cycle frequently.

I love this magazine ...and would LOVE to see and access the issues purchased. Unfortunately, the app is slow and crashes before anything loads.
Another reviewer describes what I see - black screens with a big 0% in the centre.
Wish the publishers would send me paper copies of what I’ve already paid for so I can ditch this worthless app that never works.

I know a customer had a problem accessing theirs. Mine are all there. Really love the monthly MasterClass.

I have always loved this app. I have lost access to over a hundred issues that I PAID FOR because I won’t allow them to manipulate my data and information with their new app.
I wish I knew how to sue, and I’ll surprised that EU law permits this.
