I’ve paid for a yearly subscription to this app and it has completely crashed it will not send emails as before my tracking feed has entirely disappeared and it just says server not available need a response

Can you please tell me why the app now only shows a limited portion of the activity? I pay a lot to not be able to view all activity like I used to be able to do. I can only see very limited activity on the last 4-5 emails I sent. I used to be able to scroll back to older emails. Also, is there anyway to stop my opening of the email as showing the recipient opened it? Thank you!

I uninstalled the app and my contacts have the word track in front of them.

I get noticed when an email read, but the supposed read email remains with the inbox with the dot that say unread. What does this mean as I can't be sure track app.io is even really working. It shows a location in LA…the person I send to is in San Rafael, and each time he gets an email it says either Comcast San Rafael…..and a specific place like "oath holdings"…..none of those emails that have supposedly been opened all show LA. Is it possible for someone to add the account I'm sending to and have the emails not go to the intended at all…can they rerouted elsewhere before track is even involved? Please advise.

Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Track app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Track app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Track app on iPhone
Update Track app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Track iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Track on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Track network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Track not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Track app issues:

Force Stop the Track App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Track app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Track to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Track App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Track app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Track.

Fix Track unable to contact server/ Track internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Track » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Track » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Track on android.
