Track Status

I’ve paid for a yearly subscription to this app and it has completely crashed it will not send emails as before my tracking feed has entirely disappeared and it just says server not available need a response

Can you please tell me why the app now only shows a limited portion of the activity? I pay a lot to not be able to view all activity like I used to be able to do. I can only see very limited activity on the last 4-5 emails I sent. I used to be able to scroll back to older emails. Also, is there anyway to stop my opening of the email as showing the recipient opened it? Thank you!

I uninstalled the app and my contacts have the word track in front of them.

I get noticed when an email read, but the supposed read email remains with the inbox with the dot that say unread. What does this mean as I can't be sure track app.io is even really working. It shows a location in LA…the person I send to is in San Rafael, and each time he gets an email it says either Comcast San Rafael…..and a specific place like "oath holdings"…..none of those emails that have supposedly been opened all show LA. Is it possible for someone to add the account I'm sending to and have the emails not go to the intended at all…can they rerouted elsewhere before track is even involved? Please advise.
