I have visa card awarded from CSL plasma donation center in Missisipi USA. After I traveled back to my country, I couldn’t withdraw any dollars from any ATM machine. It’s been said that the card is error. Please contact the card owner company. For this issue, I would like to ask for the solution. Please inform me if there’s any way to withdraw the money in Thailand?

App won't let me unlock my card and when I call customer support it says I'm entering an invalid PID number. So I called the money network line and that one can't locate an account with my personal info. It's like when I locked my card it ceased to exist all traces of my ever having an account vanished!

I am not getting text responses when I text BAL. I am supposed to receive text notifications when the card is loaded and nothing came through. I checked the website and I did have a deposit but was not properly notified. This happens often!
