Paysign app keeps crashing, it was working fine the other day but not yesterday or today

I have visa card awarded from CSL plasma donation center in Missisipi USA. After I traveled back to my country, I couldn’t withdraw any dollars from any ATM machine. It’s been said that the card is error. Please contact the card owner company. For this issue, I would like to ask for the solution. Please inform me if there’s any way to withdraw the money in Thailand?
App won't let me unlock my card and when I call customer support it says I'm entering an invalid PID number. So I called the money network line and that one can't locate an account with my personal info. It's like when I locked my card it ceased to exist all traces of my ever having an account vanished!
I am not getting text responses when I text BAL. I am supposed to receive text notifications when the card is loaded and nothing came through. I checked the website and I did have a deposit but was not properly notified. This happens often!

When logging into my account it's showing $0, no statement and no transactions. So the app is blank.
After I log on I get an empty and clear blue screen nothing else.
Haven't been able to login for a week. Keep getting a notification to try again later. Clicked your forgot password to change that but, the system says my email or password is incorrect. Decided yesterday to delete and reinstall your app. That hasn't worked either. Please help!
