after the last update I am unable to complete the order. it’s asking for gift voucher number whenever I press a ‘place order’ button. There is no way to bypass that option. Developer has not give their contact information that is why I am forced to write this complaint in the review section. Please fix this issue you are losing business because of this bug.

A below avg web application masquerading as a mobile app. The service quality is seriously down. You order something wait for a week for the delivery only to find out my makings call on the eighth day that the item which was booked is now “out of stock” and cancelled. How do you plan to communicate with the buyer? This is a joke of a service better stick to brick and mortar

I have ordered some shampoo conditioner and other house stuff whatever I demand that time was out of stock which was very disappointing plus delivery was not on time which was given
when I call on helpline it’s not available and I checked my order with tracking number it shows that it’s from Karachi although it’s from lahore

App doesn’t support the feature to manually set or save the address. It’s troublesome to add a new address from Pin drop while it’s not the user’s current location. MetroOnline is not made with the thinking that user can send groceries to someone or some other place or write address manually.

2 weeks to deliver fruit and groceries 3 miles away? App giving Monday 14 April as delivery date for Phase 6 dha from airport metro.

I hve ordered bearing above number due the reason that Coke Zero 1.5L was shown to be available here but unfortunately that was a trap for taking the order as i orderd other items along with that so to make a good cart
But at the time of delivery the order was delivered without Coke Zero and without MPOS . No body asks me before delivery that this item is not available This is my second worse experience with this app First time I ordered The person called and confirm the order but on the day of delivery a received a refusal call that your area is out of sevice range that I waited for seven days which made me to remain with out grocery due to miss appropriation and lie of this app At the time of order the non service area must be mentioned due to this i made the order on another location at my friends home at F-10 but all invain Thanks to this app which gave me mental torture twice in a span of one week your staff incompetent and do not take care of customer you people have become arrogant and selfish due heavy sale in Corona pandemic Era

Too much delay in order delivery, I had to pick up the order from the delivery man from the road a few miles away as he said his mobile is not working and he asked the warden to call me and asked to come over and pick the order, it was inconvenient time for delivery at 9 pm

It’s keep crashing plz fix it

It is a nice app... user-friendly; smooth & fast to search available items!

Looks good overall has worked well for me as far as I have used it
