Tried sending emails and texts to reset a password and got no email or text. App has horrible grammatical mistakes and seems undeveloped
清晰度和准确率都不是很高，站在摄像头低下没有任何提示，打了客服电话，告诉我要把敏感度调到最高，但偶尔还是没有提示，有时提示很慢，我都走过去很久了才提示我！但是签合同必须签2年，现在很无奈！
The server lag is always around 1-2 mins, and sometimes even not recording after the motion detection.
And I can’t check the playbacks frequently and the customer service just told me it’s the server problem and nothing they can do.
I signed 2 year’s contract with them, they told me even you don’t want to continue the service after 2 years, you can still use cameras only in the live mode. They are lying! You can’t use any live mode as what they promised anymore.
someone stole my camera, and i cant even remove the aforementioned stolen device

I contacted customer service when camera sensor stopped working and they called me back the next day, when I missed the call it takes a long time to get hold of them again. Imagine if you rely on their service and product for security protection and peace of mind.

Even you turn off everything, set the sensitivity to be low, it is still keeps recording.
Adding a disarm/arm toggle button should not be hard. Then the user can turn it on/off as needed.
Adding a select all to delete feature should be easy. It saved more than 60 videos, and ran out of battery within a couple of hours.
Overall the camera is good. Hope the next update can solve these 2 issues.
I've been using Aijia security camera for almost 4 months. I must say it's amazing knowing what's happening outside my front door when I'm away. One of my favorite parts of the camera is no cords or wiring hassles and it's totally wire-free with the rechargeable battery. The 30-day cloud storage feature is also amazing because now I don’t need to worry about losing online packages delivered to my front door since I can easily check the activity outside my front door for the past month.
I am happy with iTalkBBAIjia . Update regularly, and better and better. I like the alarm feature the most, it can scare off strangers and animals.
The video push function is very good. I can use iTalkBBAIjia check my home situation no matter where I am. The battery is not very durable and needs to be charged frequently. Consider buying a solar charging device

The Aijia was easy to set up and install. Download iTalkBBAIjia , follow the simple instructions, and your camera should be connected with a few minutes. You can share the camera view with anyone who downloads iTalkBBAIjia , which is great as it makes it very easy. You can also check the camera from anywhere you have wifi or data, this is best done on the ground with easy access to your phone. Super clear! The daytime video quality is really good, one of the best I have experimented with!

I had a really good experience with iTalkBB. Since I used their Chinese TV before, I ordered their cameras with free devices and free installation. The cameras work well. iTalkBBAIjia will notice me if someone shows up outside my door. I can download videos anytime I want. Also, there is 911 button in iTalkBBAIjia. I can use that even I’m not in America.
