Never use Italkbb products and their service again!

The server lag is always around 1-2 mins, and sometimes even not recording after the motion detection.
And I can’t check the playbacks frequently and the customer service just told me it’s the server problem and nothing they can do.
I signed 2 year’s contract with them, they told me even you don’t want to continue the service after 2 years, you can still use cameras only in the live mode. They are lying! You can’t use any live mode as what they promised anymore.
Slow response for troubleshooting and product not reliable

I contacted customer service when camera sensor stopped working and they called me back the next day, when I missed the call it takes a long time to get hold of them again. Imagine if you rely on their service and product for security protection and peace of mind.
Horrible app; don’t know if the camera is any good because I can’t even use the app

Tried sending emails and texts to reset a password and got no email or text. App has horrible grammatical mistakes and seems undeveloped
